    Give that guy a medal who was cheering up for his mates standing 30 sec before the finish line and another one medal for a real hero who completed the race despite leg injury no matter how much it takes to finish it, he did finish it. Period.

    6:00 The guy who got tapped knew what was coming next! That was probably the best time to tap if you still want to walk, let alone train XD

      El Cucuy it’s hard to think when you’re under extreme fatigue! Doesn’t matter who you are when under extreme fatigue your mind and body don’t work as effectively which is prone for mistakes and injuries

      @@lerroyking898 Very true, there are some perfect examples of that in this video. That being said, tired or not, a well trained grappler would recognise submissions early and realise its better to tap early in training than to tap late get injured and not train at all

    Lived there in Phuket for over a year and go back to visit my friends there once a year now. Was just there showing my buddy the Big Buddha like a week and a half ago. We got out just before the quarantine lockdown also. Love this...

      Yeah,when he said all submissions are allowed I was like "is he serious??!!".Chokes,armbars and whatnot are one thing,but if you don't know where to turn when fighting off heel hooks,it can go south in a split fucking second and you can have a truly life altering injury becausz of it.
      That was mental,to say the least.When he said that,I knew somethin' like that was about happen.

      @@thepyroguy624 Or between training partners that are very well versed in defending said manoeuvers.
      Inverted heel hooks are a bitch.If you're not turning in the right direction to defend,it applies even more torque on your knee.I've seen guys in my gym get their knees fucked up because of it.I find the training methods and coaches at tiger muay thai to be kind of dumb in certain areas.This kill of be killed attitude in training will only get you so far.

      @zac sorrell, as a fighter u have some pride and want to try and fight out of bad spots, but I’d rather tap to a solid leg lock than to deal with my knee tearing personally.

      Agreed. Leg locks, kneebars etc are so vicious by nature as well. If he didn't have much BJJ experience, I doubt he knew how to respond or when to tap

    My best time running Big Buddah was 32:45. That run is a killer, it'll test you. I never missed a big Buddha run day (Tuesday mornings) and every week I shaved time of my personal best. My first time running there was a cross country athlete and he did it in 21 something. Most fit 20 something did it in 27/28 minutes. The run is gruelling.

      @@Ylorken I was supposed to fight next saturday in copenhagen but my opponent pulled out and i ran into some health complications. So just stayed up to date, the next will be soon! Top(sakurin) actually dropped me. first time in a long long while. Im curious to see if they got it on film. The video should actually be out any minute now. RIOT ! I want to see it too

    There was atleast 3 times where that guy that got hurt could of tapped. the guy putting on the submission could of finished that kneebar if he wanted to. Now his tryout is screwed because of ego

      My thoughts excactly. The guy at 6:01 tapped when he knew that a heel hook was coming, thats how you suppose to do it.

      @@nicoz2616 Exactly. Tap and immediately start over and be able to train the next day. Even from a non safety perspective. I think its disrespectful to your teammate to not acknowledge that he got you and you force him to be in a situation where he might hurt you when it was preventable

    I’ve been training a karate/taekwando hybrid since I was 7 and have a few years of middle and high school wrestling but I just started doing submission grappling a year and a half ago on and off from injures (not training related) and I know I would get killed by these guys. I can go sub for sub with some of our blue belts and our smaller purple belts and I normally keep top position but the explosiveness and speed in this caliber of athlete makes me wanna really bite down and train way more seriously.

    What people don't see on camera is the GNC store just next door to tiger Muay Thai. Word on the street: the GNC store sells anabolic steroids under table. Starting at 600bahts per cycle.
