Form was good but too much bounce/swing at the bottom. Staying still for a second at the bottom so that there are no inertia forces helping you back up would be immaculate form.

The man made us workout every single day since we were not allowed to leave the facility or even take a run because we had to stay in combat gear. The man did, everyday, 2x10 series of 20 pull-ups, lifting his body like he was trying to send himself into orbit. Solid Russian guy. And so gentle too. If you're gonna pump out 30 reps, you have to do them quickly. It's been found that, no matter how strong you are, it is almost impossible to hang on a bar for 100 seconds. That's because the blood struggles to get to your arms in that position. So, keeping your wrist contracted enough to keep the position for so long becomes physically impossible
The hang one seconds challenge bar carnival game you're probably using as a source rotates. The 10p seconds thing is not true. Most ppl can't grip that long because they don't train grip endurance. Simple.
