Well. In addition to that incredible Mueller pan, the splatter screen, the instant pot with sous vide feature, a vacuum sealer, and the surface thermometer, I have ordered this ninja to go with my Cosori dual blaze air fryer. I really need to stop. But it’s fun and your method for fried chicken with pork rinds is a major win! Tonight in the Cosori I mixed the pork rinds with Cajun seasoning. A winner.
