- Welcome to the SimpleCookingChannel. Things might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes that's just what a person needs. I hope you like my recipe for 3 ingredient walnut cookies .
Ingredients
1 Cup of crushed walnuts
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
your little girl sure liked them. I just laughed when she put the whole cookie in her mouth and grabbed another. that's the best review of how they tasted. adorable.

I tried but I use roasted peanuts instead of walnuts and I add honey its taste good but I backed over and cookie burn bit.. thanks for sharing for simple recipe..

Can you use anything else in place of maple syrup, and use microwave instead of oven? I use microwave to make cupcakes, can i use that method? 1min at full power?

You can use any kind of nut I used peanuts and they turned out great
