All of this is very overwhelming!!!! I have done so much of this I just need too switch out some of the non clean everyday self care products. It's a lot but we have to do it. Thank you.😊
Get rid of - polyphenols? Could you please explain further? From what I know - polyphenols are natural compounds found in fruits, vegetables, etc. They are reducing agents, and together with vitamins E and C protect the body's tissues against oxidative stress and cancers, heart disease and inflammation, they are also very strong antioxidants that can neutralize free radicals by donating an electron or hydrogen atom. thank you
I was so confused as to this asvice too. Wish there had been a response. But, I googled, and what I found was that high doses of polyphenols found in isolation in supplements can cause negative effects and inflammation.
This is my 3rd vid…good info that is emphasizing other info lol how thus far, the pushing of merch is also part of each but I also get the need to provide folks with a resource to buy quality sups

That is one way but honestly most people “feel” the imbalance with regard to fatigue, unexplained weight gain, irregular cycles, sugar cravings, hot flashes, pain, low libido, brain fog, feeling “off”, and a sincere struggle to maintain a healthy weight
@@gaugegirltraining Sugar Cravings? Then I've had hormonal imbalances since I was ten years old, even have them now almost 10 years after menopause - hahahaha. Sorry but I simply couldn't resist that one. ☺
I just found out I’m super insulin resistant but not yet pre diabetic, will follow up with my ob for possible pcos as well. I’ve been super struggling with my weight for most of my life. I just started taking metformin this week and I’m going to try and eat high protein and low carb, is there any supplements or vitamins I should be taking to help balance my hormones? I’m also on Lexapro so I can’t take anything that will interact with that.

Does no caffeine include green tea too? There are mixed reviews about the benefits of green tea versus the negative effects of caffeine. Green tea is the only thing that helps curb my appetite when I try to increase the time between fasting & my eating window. And I actually sleep better when I drink it. I cold infuse it though to release less caffeine, so I dont hot brew it. But is green tea bad because of the caffeine? Because I read it speeds up metabolism, though it doesnt seem to help with mine 😭, just helps curb my appetite well, Im assuming because of the minor caffeine. But I am also morbidly obese with clear signs of estrogen dominance, "pear shape" or endomorph. Hourglass figure with big legs, big arms and BIG chest, but I dont have a big stomach for my size, so Im really bottom heavy. So I'm not sure if the green tea is counterproductive to my fatloss efforts. Im just switching to a whole food plant based diet. But would appreciate any clarification on the caffeine.
I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Now I need to take levothyroxine permanently. Would this work to eliminate having to medication everyday?
Unfortunately- a good dietary plan can improve hormone function but does not replace a disruption in your thyroid production, it also depends on whats causing your hypothyroidism (primary, secondary or tertiary dysfunction) in your endocrine system. HTH
Do you know if jackfruit is good for balancing hormones, or stay away from that in the moment, I heard it was good for diabetics, so I think it would be OK?
I remember on your live about hormonal. Reset you told someone to only follow the first set of the plan because they didn’t have a gallbladder can we still take the IC3 pills? I’m trying to remember was it the cruciferous vegetables we couldn’t have or something else. I want to order the reset and the supplements as well

Yes it’s still safe in that case and remember it’s not about estrogen levels being low, it’s about the ratio between your estrogen to progesterone so even with low estrogen you can still have estrogen dominance
I see three is an all natural Fido chemical and contains ingredients that are naturally found in cruciferous vegetables so you are welcome to discuss it with your doctor however it is not necessary
Hello, I am coming from a very high carbohydrate/low fat plant based diet. It has kept me slim for Fifteen years. I'm 44 now and I am packing on weight. Period is gone for 6 months, and hot flashes are ridiculous. I have never had high glucose and still do not. I still want to stay plant based but it looks like my protein needs are now 130 grams? I have always been low protein so this is a big jump. I get plenty of fiber upwards of 60 grams daily. I started weight lifting 3x week now. No supplements have helped with hot flashes. blood test shows very low estrogen of 15. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Also, no PCOS either. Would dim even help or make my estrogen even lower?
Hello! Mama of 5 here, I'm wanting to assist my hormones back into a healthy postpartum/non-nursing state (baby is 16mo). My cycles are normal like clockwork but I'm struggling with other hormone related things (fatigue, brain fog, stress, and not losing weight even though I've been exercising/eating healthy/cutting some calories for 9 months) so my question is, would i3c mess with my cycles? I've seen other claims that DIM can mess with them.
1. Avoid chemicals n pesticides
2. Quality of sleep 8hrs/day
3. Avoid caffeine
4. Sufficient protein in every meal
5. Regular exercises
6. Boost fiber intake 30gm/day
7. Proper supplement IC3
Thank you!

Magnesium, fiber, protein, dietary fat
Great video!
How can you confirm hormones are the cause? Lab tests?

Do you recommend cutting out dairy and gluten for estrogen dominance and low progesterone?
100% YES
I have Hashimoto’s, and I am insulin resistant. I have done all of these things, and it is not improving.
Why would you want to get rid of polyphenols in your diet?
Been in menapause since 2015, just got hormones tested, estrogen is 5216🥺
How long do you recommend omitting caffeine for? Should you wait to get your tsh levels tested first?
Does i3c supplement affect the thyroid levels? I know that eating too many raw cruciferous vegetables can affect it.

Yes it’s still safe in that case and remember it’s not about estrogen levels being low, it’s about the ratio between your estrogen to progesterone so even with low estrogen you can still have estrogen dominance

Progesterone
Your estrogen is too low. Watch videos from dr Mindy Pelz. She explains why the hot flashes especially if you are a plant based eater.
