    Nice vid.
Drilling holes in Corners (fan install) also reduces risk of cracks or splits in roof. Sharp, right angles actually Create a weak point where the axis meet. So, in addition to giving a point of entry for jigsaw blade, as opposed to creating one from plunge-cut it creates a smooth perimeter. FWIW

Protip: Instead of using coins to cover your holes in the van, use the metal knockouts from power junction boxes. You can also cut pieces out of the roof vent section that you just removed. I know. It saves you a TON of money to do it that way.

Check out some of the Vans RV home-built aircraft channels and look at riveting, specifically pop rivets. May be a less involved way to get the roof vent and other fixtures hung.

Great idea using Reflectix as a template for the plywood.
Also, I was wondering about leaving gaps between the plywood sections. Now I know that it is a good idea.

The major name brand of the braided sleeve you're using to protect your wire is Tech Flex. You can get VERY good pricing since you're using it as an assembly item for business. They offer a tool called the "Rapid Sleeving Installer". It's not the cheapest thing ever, but you can make your own super easily if you take a good look at how it works. It makes installing the braided sleeve SO FAST

There are several gauges of wiring used. Everything including the loom can be found in the description box of the video! We get into a bit more specifics once the solar is up and running the batteries, but the main thing is to remember all your lights and 12v appliances! We also recommend running some extra wires for the future!
