INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 ORANGES
CUT AND SQUEEZE THE JUICE
½ CUP ORANGE JUICE
1 LITRE MILK
COOK UNTIL BOIL
TURN OFF THE FLAME
ADD THE ORANGE JUICE
MILK WILL BE CURDLED
STRAIN THE WATER
WASH WITH WATER
KEEP FOR 15 MIN.
KNEAD THE CHHENA FOR 5-7 MIN.
2 DROPS ORANGE FOOD COLOR
MAKE BALL
1 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP ORANGE ZEST
1 TSPN ORANGE ESSENCE
2-3 DROPS ORANGE FOOD COLOR
4 CUP WATER
COOK UNTIL BOIL
ADD THE SWEET BALL
COVER AND COOK FOR 15 MIN. IN MEDIUM FLAME
KEEP IN SUGAR SYRUP FOR 2 HOUR
