This approach to vintage digital equipment is really cool. In this video you indirectly mentioned several reasons why some photographers have chosen to experiment with shooting with old digicams nowadays. I am one of those who loves shooting with compact cameras from the 2000s.
I could not sell Samsung camera point and shoots for beans 15 years ago. Panasonic beat hem every time. This was at a Ritz Camera outlet. Fast forward to 2011 - we did not carry them at Best Buy. Nikon, Canon and Panasonic were the leaders that Christmas. The great Samsung dslr’s came and went much later…

I got this as soon as it came out. Still use it. Only had to replace the rubber grip with fine ostrich leather. Its a gem.
I didnt knew it! With modern camera prices crazy old cameras are salvation for pocket and healing for our souls😅

Have a look at the Classic filter settings that’s quite a nice black and white preset
I have the EX2 much the same camera but it has an F1.4 lens
Thanks 😊
It is a very nice camera, I use it in the manual mode
1:04 is the Fuji shot, it looks really sharp. I got the EX1 last year for a banging bargain of €50.
Hi! No, unfortunately not, that's the Samsung😊
@@streetphotographyguy In that case, I am very happy to be wrong! 😃Time to take out my EX1
Es gibt nicht zu viel Kaffee.
Da hast du auch wieder recht ;-) Allerdings ist der Kardiologe da anderer Meinung :-)
Gibts noch akkus dafür?
Ja! Nur 10 Euro bei Amazon
Das Bild bei 3:10 war von der Fuji.
Nein, leider daneben...😊
@@streetphotographyguy Schade 🤭
@@pixelkiez Aber danke für deinen Tip! Ist wirklich bissl tricky

@@pixelkiez Oder? Man ist immer wieder erstaunt...
0:36 I never seen mine do that magenta leak.
It´s really from the Samsung, unedited Jpeg - but I only had the magenta with that one image. Cheers!
