    Anxiety is a result from staying in relationship with difficult people especially children who have no way else to find better choice to depend on. I'm Asian an I have no access to mental health professionals in my city. Well after been traumatized by family for years I finally healed by self diagnosed self healing.

      Therese, Heal yourself. Practice stillness. Reduce negative thoughts. Its quite simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts and anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. No deep inhalation needed. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still for a few minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Do the above practice daily to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    Truthfully speaking, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

    My attacks just come at random times for no specific reason where my heart becomes rapid and some tightness in my chest as well as my throat. Would this be considered Panick disorder? My Dr. put me on 300mg Buproprion but after 4 weeks I had side effects like joint aches and pains, rapid heart beat, nausea, blurred vision, etc so I asked to be weaned off of it. Now I am looking for natural supplements to help?

    • @shyaaammeneen63
      @shyaaammeneen63 2 года назад +1

      @@leowwilson4714 Do you consider yourself over sensitive? Do you compare your life with others in terms of physical appearance and financial comforts? Are you passive by nature? Then you need to change. Develop your mental muscles. Reprogramme your subconsc ious mind. Be assertive in life. Avoid saying "Yes" when you want to say "No". If possible do some public speaking courses and join some group activities even if you feel uncomfortable. Act now or it will be too late. If others laugh at you let them laugh. Give eye contact with everyone. Most important read my msg and do the simple practice daily. Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations and feeling relaxed and healthy. No deep breathing needed. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir-Counsellor.

      @@leowwilson4714 Follow the steps I told you and you will feel much better. Today I am training students but around 20 years I had similar issues. I jumped into crowd situations even though I felt uneasy, did public speaking courses and learnt to be assertive and of course daily meditation. . Action is needed. The subconscious mind has to be reprogrammed. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir-Senior counsellor.
