    Just the fact that James was able to fund and produce a full-length movie based on AVGN was something incredible. Clearly a lot of hard work was put into making it happen.

      Wow James, imagine if you did the whole movie the way you like too instead of pretending to be a real Hollywood director. You were in love with the fantasy, and that's all it is. The funny thing is, your buddy even did most of the directing. You were living this director fantasy all in your mind even while you were in Hollywood lmao.
      I dunno I feel like I'm picking on a special ed kid. I wouldn't crush their dreams like this even if it was all a lie. The truth is he wouldn't have attained it either way. So whatever, let James keep living in this fantasy world where he fulfilled his Hollywood dream if it makes him happy.

      10 years without a significant movie release or even hinting at a release, its probably not going to happen. And I don't mean theater releases. I mean Cinemassacre has not had any long form scripted theatrical video/movie releases in that time period. AVGN not withstanding.

      If I had to guess, it's either because it wasn't the most well received, or because it isn't the movie James wanted to make as much as his dream film (I believe he has stated he has wanted to do a theatrical thriller/horror film). Or it could be as simple as him being humble about his project.

      I think that this was the AVGN endgoal, and after that, all the things he did with the character felt stale to him. Shame, loved his vids before our favorite Screenwave guys took over.

    It is made abundantly clear through this movie that Bimmy has absolutely no idea how to write female characters.
    To be fair, none of the male characters of the film are written any better, but shit these lines were so cringey.
    To think I didn’t even watch it or pay money until 2021. All that time to have learned just how bad it was.

    Low budget, he had over $300,000.00. That ain't low budget chief just because he was dumb.enough to shoot in L A. Clerks 1 was made on low budget, Bimmy had over 30x the budget that movie had, and it still turned out horrendous.
