Luton Town center from my perspective. I usually go to Luton mall for shopping and to buy groceries for the entire week. I love walking down to the town center and passing through the old houses. The contrast between old and new is quite striking, and beautiful.
Luton is a large town, borough, and unitary authority area of Bedfordshire, situated in the south of England, but in the East of England region for administrative purposes. It has a population of 213,052 and is one of the most populous towns without city status in the United Kingdom
The sky may be blue but the culture is brown.
Man, I was there from 2011 to 2014 for my bachelors. One of the best times of my life I swear down.

It's predominantly 🇮🇳 🇧🇩 and🇵🇰.. Its a university town but many choose to stay. Majority of shops and buisness are owned and run by East and South Asian people. Africans are here also but in much smaller numbers.. and very few businesses.
