An addition to tip 6 - One thing I did today to help get the last 1500m of elevation to finish off the challenge. Do a workout on the Climb Portal. Normally when you go the workout route you can't select the climb portal so I've just selected a different route with elevation. However you have to do it in reverse order, go in and select the Climb Portal for a free ride once you're at the start in Watopia you can go to the menu screen and select workouts - pick your workout from there and away you go doing a workout on the climb portal
The 125% gradient trick on the climb portals is a good trick! I know for IRL everesting tips you try to find the steepest hill to maximize VAM. Same thing here.

Yep
although it means it is actually 25% more not 125%.
That is correct@@philipb867
Thanks for the tips. Do you think road to sky worth it?
Climb portal is seeming to be more efficient, but alpe is a good change of scenery
@@ZRaceCentralThanks
no problem!@@lukevirtualgameruk3523
Alpe has an additional benefit regarding XP:
250 or 1000 XP on the spinner wheel and 240 XP for coasting back down
@@m.k.4343 Yh Thanks
Climb portal does not have 25%, only 50, 75, 100, and 125
Sorry, forgot to cut that mistake out
