    I made the pebble texture following your instructions but when I go to use the texturizer and use my pebble pattern I made. It does not show up on my background. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I went through the your video and redid it several times. I keep getting the same results.

    Thank you, this is exactly what I have been searching for, and very easy to follow! Can you explain how to achieve the groove/thread look that you show in the samples at the beginning of the video? I downloaded your pack and have been trying to achieve the look with bevel/emboss but I can't get it to look nearly as good as yours. Thanks again!

      It's basically a series of shadow layers with a stitch pattern overlay. You can download the original PSD of the thumbnail to see all of the shadow layers used to make this effect here: bit.ly/2sKgxAy Dissecting the layers of the PSD is easier than having it explained, at least for me :-)

    Thanks for the tutorial. It's easier to make these rather than download from your website. It's such a lengthy procedure. Really cannot appreciate it. If you are giving for free please ensure there is a download button next to it, otherwise donot offer these. Sincere thanks again for the video. Nevertheless I have subscribed and would like to watch your videos in the future.

      I didn’t find the procedure lengthy.. it just asked for your name and email to send it. It didn’t even subscribe me to a newsletter. 100% free.

    Thank you for the tutorial! And I just have a small question: after I applied the "texturizing" filter - Pebble, the brown color disappeared and the leather became gray. What may have caused this?

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  3 года назад

      I’m not sure, make sure you are in RGB 8 bit, some of the filters don’t work properly with the wrong settings.

    Nice work, also is there anyway to make a burl wood texture in photoshop? I've seen normal wood but not one with the twisted patterns and such.

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  3 года назад

      Thank you! As for the burl wood I’m thinking a cloud pattern in gray scale with an emboss filter, and the liquify tool to start experimenting. I have this thing with holes so I’m not sure how far I can get with this one, lol.

      @@PrettyWebzMedia Thank you for your comment, it would make for a pretty unique tutorial since there is literally no tutorial for that kinda wood :) Keep up the good work!

    How do I use it though? I followed your steps and have a saved leather sample but how do I fill in the furniture in my drawing with it? Thank you!! :)

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  4 года назад +1

      There are many ways to do this, you can save the leather texture as a Photoshop pattern (edit>>>define pattern) and apply it as a layer style on a transparent layer. This will allow you to “paint on” the leather texture with a brush. You can also create a layer mask, clip the texture to the furniture layer, etc.
