I've been struggling to start my artwork so much lately from not knowing how to make a fur texture, thank you so much for this! Now i can let my mind run wild with colors and patterns!
Really great idea and tutorial. So refreshing to see someone actually think through what they are doing before they record, get a decent microphone before they record, and then talk CLEARLY into the microphone while recording without a hopeless accent. Must have suffered through a ton of guys afraid of their own voice these last few days. But I am rambling. YOU did a great job and it still holds up well in Photoshop 2022. :)
I'm only half way through the video and I'm in love with how you've created this tutorial with so much care and details. I'm a total beginner and your tutorial feels like a wholesome blessing. I pray the universe makes your life as easy as your tutorial makes it for us 💖
Thank you for this, I recently purchased a Wacom tablet and I shoot primarily newborn photography, I do have purchased fur brushes I’ve never thought of making my own, this is a lot better than the pack I purchased, I’m not sure if you have a Wacom but I’m having a lot of trouble figuring out how to control pen angle when I use these types of brushes, with the mouse you have to consistently move the angle manually however I thought with the Wacom is is determined by the way you’re holding the pen, I can’t seem to get that to work correctly…which makes it almost impossible to use fur brushes in the direction I need. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! ❤
How does one make the brush to make the fur look more like its laying in a more controlled flow like folowing the contours of the body. Like if you drawing fur on a body, the fur would look like its flowing inwards. and not so random? (hope that makes sense haha) I guess what would help is if every time you go to do a brush stroke, the angle of the brush needs to not keep going in different directions. Is there a way to control that?
Thank you so much. I am sorta into nyan cat and i love playing the game so when i have art at my homeschool lesson, i used the brush and my art looks *AMAZING*. Thank you so much for the brush.
Thank you for sharing!!! I am looking for a lesson on Alcohol INK. Do you accidentally know if it is possible to do it in Photoshop? thank you very much!
It is possible, I do it all the time but my method is a little unpredictable and complicated for a short RUclips video so I'm working on it. In the meantime, I do have a fluid pour tutorial you might like you can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/UtmLV9loBAQ/видео.html
How do you make these things? I mean do you figure it out on your own how to make it or you learn from somewhere? Where did you learn do these things? I also want to learn.
I experiment...a lot, I practice, so tutorial but the thing that will help the most is to learn all of the filters, base filters (cloud, fibers, noise) and how filters affect them. Also, how Photoshop uses white, black and grayscale, is super important to understand for textures and brushes
I can't find that basic fur brush anywhere. I tried going into windows like you said buy nothing pops up under brushes, so I went into the brushes library and could not find anything under all the categories. Any ideas?
