Logitech has big scroll wheel issues and is a 125hz only laser mouse. The razer is a high end optical sensor which has a 1000 hz polling rate. Also, you didn't talk about ergonomics, but the coating of the mouse. People with sweaty hands like kind of coating the razer has. Also the razer is lighter and because of the great optical sensor it can also be used for gaming.
Weirdly enough, I’ve paired MX keys with razer pro click for my work setup. It works MUCH better than I expected. Plus, there’s something about that white grey combo that really stands out.
I have heard the people are having issues with the Logitech MX Master 3's scroll wheel. Dropping $100 and having that issue would be a disappointment. What is your opinion on the Logitech MX Master 2 vs the Razer Pro click? I wish Logitech would make some white mice and keyboards in the MX series.
@@nemis123 really, thanks for the reply. I knew I was not going to get the MX Master 3 but I think the MX Master 2 is roughly the same shape. I don’t want pain in my wrist either. Ugh, I guess I will go with the Logitech G305 light speed (I think that is what it’s called). Seems to have a lot of nice reviews. Will get it in white.
@@ronin120 I wouldn't say so, I did own the MXM3 for a fortnight and I loved it. Although I will say because of how aggressive the hump is during the first few days of use my knuckles were a little sore, but they quickly adapted after that. The angled design did alleviate the arm stain I'd get from clicking a lot, over a non angled mice. For the scroll wheel issues, there are three that people usually complain about. Rattling noise, uneven scrolling, unbalanced scroll wheel While all of them exist, I don't think it's a deal breaker to how people blow it up to be (unless you actually have a really bad unit). I didn't have any issues with the uneven scrolling it worked perfectly consistent for me, although smooth scrolling must be turned off, that's probs why people are complaining. The unbalanced scroll wheel is not even an issue, it's just a byproduct of the design. On the mice you can set it to free spin mode, meaning the wheel can just spin without any resistance at all. People are waving the mice around and complaining that the mice is scrolling, even though they aren't touching the wheel. Well duh, if you waved a fidget spinner around do you expect it to be perfectly stationary? So no, I don't see that issue at all. The last issue is the rattle noise, which I can see why it's an actual issue. If you turn it back to ratchet mode (so like normal mode, not free spinning) and spin the mouse wheel pretty quickly it makes like a rattling noise. It's not supposed to happen, or at least it wasn't like that out of the box. But for me after a week of use, mine started rattling (hence why I returned it). but because I only hear it when scrolling fast which isn't often and the fact that if you scroll any other mice at that speed, it's probs gonna make the same sound too. It's not exactly loud either, more like a quiet purr. I wasn't exactly too bothered by it, but if my unit was indeed defective then I'd rather had a non defective one. I will point out that rattle does seem to be a common issue, so if it does bother you I can see why people would avoid this mice. It's just personal preference at the end of the day, but I will get the mice again once my exams are over haha.
Wow this is a really great review! I love including info for all the major operating systems. This is super relevant for me because I am looking for a mouse that will work with both Windows and Mac.
razer is much better for me, I have never experienced razer's sliding from my hand, logitech looks weird and also its not fits as good as razer in my hand
I'm beh ing* you forgot to tell your mouse you really are not a cat. * I thought that some Brits were the only people who didn't pronounce the *t* in some words, but I've been hearing lots of Americans do it to.

MX master 3 comes in a fully grey option too btw.
Does the Razer have a free spinning scroll wheel?
Still mx master would win the battle for having the side scroll alone
But Logitech has many troubles with this scroll. This main reason why I'd like Razor Pro Click or MX 2S.

Great review and thanks for your perspective on these. I have made my de to go with the MX Master 3s!
what's the polling rate on the razer mouse?
Between MX Master 2s and Razer Pro Click, which is better?

dont buy mx master 3, I did and that was a mistake, the wheel is a joke, the ergonomic shape causes pain in my wrist, big no no

@Asher L so basically avoid Logitech at all costs?

i can see you getting big, keep up thee good job
Thanks! Really informative
How much price bro
Too much quality for 6700 subs. You deserve much more!

Awesome comparison! 👌👌 Very informative. Thanks
Feature 3 is kinda crap, this is the first time i heard a mouse can escaped from your hand
The backing music is too loud relative to your voice. I didn't even last two minutes.
Lo de el agarre es subjetivo, porque yo solo uso la punta de los dedos para mover el mouse
I'm beh ing* you forgot to tell your mouse you really are not a cat.

Wow, mentioned Linux, kudos to you dude.
You forgot to say one important thing: you can play FPS games with Razer, it has great sensor and OK weight. MX3 much heavier and less responsive.
Ya that's a stupid take the MX is not for gaming period never will be because that's not what Logitech built it for
@@MYSOULOFDOOM Nothing stupid about using a better sensor.
i love this review no homo
Finallyyyyyyyy👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
