Extra Care Housing Dec 23 Final

Enfield Council is committed to delivering more and better homes - including specialist housing for the growing elderly population in our borough. Extra care housing schemes are designed to support older people to live independently for longer.
It is for residents aged 55 or older who want to reside in a home of their own but may require extra care and support on hand to do so. This means residents have their own front door and can live as independently as they wish with the peace of mind of knowing qualified care staff are on-site 24/7 if needed.
