The Tracer has been *Traced.*
When could there two tracers on the same team!
tf you talking about? There are only 2 Tracers and apparently a Power Ranger
I LMAO with the one on the bronycon with the Spy posing as Princess Cadence whilw having Queen Chrysallis's crocked horn in his mask, barely above the Cadence mask!
One of the best costume ideas I've seen so far, def gonna steal it on the first occasion
Imagine a spy cosplayer with a suitcase full of these premade masks so he could just walk away change masks and infiltrate another group
Even better: have the suitcase look like a TF2 intelligence
@@thorveim1174 make sure it's your team's too, you can't disguise with enemy intel
All jokes aside, TF2 Spy cosplays are actually really neat; some are just super basic yet classy as hell.
It's one of the best costumes because it works well with everyone: those who know about TF2 are self explanatory, and those who don't just take in the ridiculousness and roll with it. Perfect disguise. Payday cosplay is also fairly straightforward
Edit: literally a comment below this one said everything that I did above, lmao
@@velocilevon cant you just switch the balaclava for one of the masks and you have the payday cosplay?
@@milonchello1643 essentially yes
@@milonchello1643for maximum accuracy, carry both with you and master doing two distinct voices so you can change disguise.
Wait.. I never thought of this, this is a very good cosplay idea! Like you can go to any convention, put the paper mask and it would not look out of place!
I fr did not notice Naruto was a spy mask until I looked closely
Shoutout to the cameraman who can always see through their ploys.
Plot twist: cameraman is also a spy.
The cameraman has both plot armour and team neutrality
This takes "He could be anyone of us" to a whole new level
Genuinely thought that was naruto cosplay in thumbnail he's too good
How to cosplay as anything with one costume:
Lucky for us that we know where the spy is, because he is our teammate, but those who couldn't, well good luck finding him (and didn't get backstabbed in the process)
Spy disguised as spy, don't trust it.
The real impressive part is how he got a realistic looking gun into a convention
knife included
i love how everyone else goes with it. it’s so wholesome and funny to see everyone in on the bit.
I'd like to imagine this is just one guy with tons of paper masks under his coat that he switches between from time to time.
0:45 "You don't need to tell me I'm the prettiest unicorn. I know I'm the prettiest unicorn."
The true power of TF2 is the ability to attend anything
I love how the music adds to the tension. It feels like a "caught on camera" video
All fun and games until the spy starts irl chainstabbing people at the convention
0:45 Most elaborate spy cosplay ever.
“I am the spy”-spy tf2
"Unfortunately for you, Kakashi-sensei...."
"I never really was on your side"
They actually blend in surprisingly well in some of them xD
That spy at 0:45 took this day aria to a whole new level
Spy is pretending to be a pony, that pretends to be a pony btw
Deep mlp lore
@@ibragimowbekhan0987he's even got a png from that episode on his paper mask
No matter the con, no matter matter the theme, no matter the amount of attendees, one thing is always certain
The spy has breached the defenses
You've seen what he's done to our colleagues

This has been, and will always be, my favorite use of cosplay.
and shout-out to all the legends who play along.
I love how every convention has one of these people and I hope it never stops
