I was doing an Escape room with some friends in the room RIGHT NEXT to the Kazoo panel, I remember being deep in thought trying figure out a puzzle and then everyone in the room stopped what they were doing and stared at the wall as a Kazoo rendition of Never gonna give you up started playing in the other room. I also had the exact same experience with Micheal Myers last year, I kept seeing him and turning to my friends to say "look, Micheal Myers!" only to turn back to the direction I was pointing and see nothing. It happened like three times and my friends never saw him, I felt like I was Laurie Strode. Side-Note: The "Not a furry" part would be more believable if you didn't use RainWorld music in the video.

This was wholesome. I don't think I could ever be a furry, but at this point I consider myself "furry adjacent" just because of stuff like this. Every furry I've ever actually met in any capacity has always been a gem of a person. If my health ever improves, one of these days I'm going to show up at a local convention in a Tails shirt and just see who I meet.
As a furry myself, i know most furries are very accepting, friendly and open minded! Though, because we're so accepting as a community, we get a bad wrap from those few bad eggs that lurk among us. They absolutely dont speak for us all. The best way to approach the furry fandom: Dont be a fire starter and we will happily include just about anyone in our shenanigans.

@xiPwnBeasTx I would honestly say, as furries, we feel more of an emotional connection to animals then humans and we wish we could be more like them, if that makes sense. For me personally, I feel that animals show the purest and most unconditional love and I find that to be the cutest thing any living creature can do. To me, there no such thing as an "evil" animal, just misunderstood animals that weren't shown the kind of love and affection they deserve (mostly referring to pets, not wild animals). They are beautiful creatures that deserve the same kind of respect as any human being. To me, the only difference between us and animals is their appearance and the fact they can't directly talk to us. They're very smart, so loving and are always there for you when you need it. There are some in the fandom that take their "love" for animals way too far and the vast majority of us furries don't agree with those types. We're just here to show our affinity and love for animals and hopefully make some friends that feel the same! With all of that being said, our fandom can be very... sexual to say the least. For a lot of us it's our way of expressing our own sexuality and interests while also showing our affinity for animals. In no way does that mean we want sexual relations WITH animals. There's a very fine line there that many of us are NOT interested in crossing. We just love animals and want to be more like them. I've met a lot of bad furries, but these kinda of interactions always remind me about how many good people there are.
As a fairly active furry, I've never met a really bar furry, i've met ones who I didn't enjoy talking to but never one that really was bad.

You all have to admit that the furry community has come a long way... I feel like they've done an amazing job of cleaning up their reputation. They have a great sense of humor and strong personalities. Nowadays, they're quite common and very chill.
