Another saw a job opening in our company and said “I’ll do both my job and the other one too - just add half of the pay of the other job to my current pay”!, and I took her up on it! Congrats on the plan to train and keep all employees that are willing and ABLE to do many/all jobs ! I’m proud of you both🥰
Please pass on to Randy and Amanda P.s. I too learned and did everyone’s job before I replaced them and to know how much to expect from each employee. Including the bookkeeper, purchasing agent, warehouse, and delivery etc too. I also followed the rule that “It takes 21 times to make or break a habit”. Therefore I only had to sit and train the receptionist//phone answerer one day - yet I told the bookkeeper he could still ask me about a monthly report for 21 months! I can tell from watching ITH videos for 3 years now that Randy and Amanda have done many of the same things !!!!
I ran my business for 10 years. I was a worker, as well as the boss. I live here. There are amazing people who live here with some great business minds. Maybe offering stock in the company for those who live here could be an option. Great ideas are right here, from people who truly know what your community could benefit from. Onward & upward!
To those who have been laid off, I wish you and your family well and hope everything will be okay. As one door closes, let there be another opens for you soon. May God Bless America and put us back on the right track!!
First, to all those "Let Go", I am sorry. I am a 35+ year female construction industry worker. I have been let go and have had to let staff go. It is NOT EASY on both sides. Unfortunately for those if us who love and are committed to the Construction Industry, it is an aspect that occurs more frequently than wanted. Our industry is one of the first to feel and be affected by changes in the economy. Even with that I would not change a career that allowed me to be a part of creating something from an idea (and, with your own 2 hands). Not many people are capable of that. The good news is that you are proven "hard workers and team players". If you can roll your sleeves up and physically build a home, whatever venture you enter into will come with a mindset that you can do anything that you apply yourself to. Good Luck.
Thank you for this video. I read all the negative in FB today and it was breaking my heart for your company! You do what you gotta do as a business. Nobody is guaranteed their job. That’s why you always perform at your best to avoid being laid off. I hope those laid off remember how you handle your layoff with the company may allow you to be hired back in the future!
I agree. As the ex wife of a contractor I know about the changes you have to make in business sometimes. Of course there are going to be hard feelings, but you have to move on. Until I see different, I'm supporting ITH and you will be in my prayers! ♥️
I've been through many layoffs and corporate downsizing and it's tough for ALL involved. While I've never lost a job due to the changes, it's equally hard for the people who stay and continue to put their best work ethic to use. Keep doing what you can to strengthen ITH!
The economy has been hard on everyone. Elon Musk just laid off more than 3,300 people at Tesla plants, most of them in the Bay area of California, and Google just announced they are laying off hundreds of employees this month. When people are having trouble paying all their bills and buying groceries they hunker down. They do NOT go spend a lot of money on a home or other big ticket item. I hope ITH's restructuring reduces costs enough to get through until home sales pick back up, and I hope all the employees that were cut find really good jobs soon. Prayers for all of you.

Like what's said below with the other comments, it's not easy. And, many companies are having layoffs. I wish all those workers well and luck in their next job. But, you're still helping many people doing what you're doing. You're not only building homes, but you're building communitites. What you're doing is truly awesome! All you can do is what you can do and ITH is doing incredible things!
Hey there...this vid shows how special and invested Randy, Amanda, Tom are in keeping company, customers, employees moving forward. Thank you for doing what no other company in the USA does... take us all along for the ride: good, bad, happy, and sad. Continue keeping it real (to the extent that is reasonable and realistic).
I am sure you learned to automate and time the repetitious skills that need to be done in the building process. You are on track! It can't always be a growth cycle.
I cannot imagine having to make those decisions . Aditude is 99 percent of everything we do . I have been waiting and , planning for years to become a member of one of your communities . I have always believed in what you're doing at ITH .
My heart goes out to everyone involved. It’s sure not easy losing a job, but it’s also not easy to have to let people go. Our whole Country is feeling the economy right now. Things change and we have to adapt best we can. Y’all are blessed to have been in each other’s lives.…. Employees and Employers…. Best wishes to everyone !!! And all those homes 😍 I can’t wait until I can drop an air mattress into one. They look fantastic !
I'm number 70 something on the build list. I have no idea where I'm gonna park this Tiny when it's completed but what my heart tells me is that ITH is a one of a kind. And worth the risk. I'm sorry for all the layoffs and drama but the company has to stay healthy. Hopefully the people that have been let go acquired many skills under Randy. I hope that can only help them in their future endeavors. We all have to put our faith out there and hope for a positive outcome. Just my 2 cents
also as a carpenter foreman in heavey highway construction , I had to lay off many as works winds down ,it's a business ,as far as firing people I have never fired anyone! ( they fire them selfs)
Sad for those laid off,but so glad you are also thinking of those u have obligations too and to keep following with your dream to help so many. It is so sad all the wrong info that was given without facts. Prayers for continued success Randy and Amanda! I believe in you both!!! Many do and were very defensive of the assumptions without facts, including me. Blessings!!!
I understand. However, I really need an update on my home that was purchased on January 31, 2024. 8 x 24 All Wood RJO. The information I have on my contract, on your website and what I was physically given is all different. Please, I am begging you, I have asked for help and not received any real response. Thank you.
Please contact coconstruct for any questions and updates. If you do not have a link, please email info@incredibletinyhomes.com and they will be able to assist you 😊
Prob won’t get that home they don’t have the material to build homes or money to buy material that’s why they fired so many people they are broke they are building homes that have been paid for with money people are buying new homes with they are so behind it’s not even funny
I worked in a factory in ky, and I never missed a day making cars, I even got a private parking spot for it,I volunteered for every weekend for 14 yrs, sometimes working 3 months without a day off, holidays, taking summer breaks for people etc. I loved my job, my job hurt me, and I NEVER got layed off, people who don’t want to stay late to get outa shipment, work the weekend and miss that wedding, ya I did that and it payed off for me. But it destroyed my body , I made good money to the point I own a nice 5 bedroom home. You guys did right, sometimes you have to get rid of people who don’t want to learn other skills, or who are lazy, as they say business is busines and you need to learn to be a palm tree
I'm so glad your explaining this, people are spreading all kind of accusations on social media! I have followed you from the beginning and know you are an honest business man! The key word is business! You do what you have to do when running your business! Love you 2, looking forward to the future of Incredible Tiny Homes ❤❤🌹💯
To evolve , You just have to make changes. You did what You had to do... Now , let's get going in the right direction !!! I LOVE YOU ALL @ I.T.H. !!!!!!
Thank you Amanda and Randy for sharing the challenges of running a business and balancing the need to keep employees working but also to make a profit. Expanding to stick built homes hopefully can provide another revenue stream to keep your company in business. I think it is a great idea to go back to your roots of building stick built homes but also keeping the tiny home line of homes available for consumers. I wish you all of the best as you navigate the challenges in our economy.
I love you guys, and unfortunately due to this economy this is happening everywhere. It’s a terrible situation and prayers are lifted for everyone involved. Trust in the Lord, and he will lead you down the right path 🙏🏻 walk by Faith not by sight. God Bless 🙏🏻🇺🇸
Thank you for doing the video. It’s pretty crazy out there in social media wasn’t good at all, but I believe in you guys and I believe in this company and I believe in Randy so thanks for updating us. I know it will mean a lot to a lot of different people.
I have used this analogy many times over the years...When I was still married to my ex-husband, I came home one day to find that he had "pruned" the lovely maple tree nearest our house. However, when I say pruned, he had that tree looking like a tall tree trunk with stubs. I was so sure that he had killed that tree but you know what? It came back better than ever! It's VERY unfortunate that you found that you had to trim your company down so much but expect it to grow better back than ever!
My husband was laid off from IBM at the beginning of their "downsizing." Eventually the whole location closed, over 10,000 employees. I was pregnant with our third child. We left the area and lived in a tiny pop-up trailer, the campground only had cold water early in the spring, and there was still snow and sleet. Bob felt he should physically show up at a company with a huge sign over the highway, and he got an interview & they hired him. Use your intuition, which God placed there for you. I know you'll be all right. ❤ We are rooting for you. God bless always.
My Dad worked full time until he turned 82 yrs old age. Being on his job at 6 am everyday and half days Saturdays. There was not 1 piece of wood working equipment that he couldn't run. My Dad got hurt at work because of someone else's carelessness and cleanup. I watched my Dad begin to fade away from 2019 up til his crossing 2020. I pray I have my Dad's health so I can do wonderful creations in the likeness of my Dad and my Momma. There is something about wood work and creating that gives me peace like my Dad.
Randy and Amanda, that was a wise choice… your quality will go up, ya know sometimes to many hands get in the way. I’m sorry you had to let individuals go in this bad economy but it is what it is. I’m so happy with my incred-I-cottage, I LOVE IT!!!! We get past little issues to improve…. you did good😉
The "Positive Spin", ... Of what SADLY is a "sign of the times" .... Most companies ARE "cutting back" production , some in lay-offs, others are merging- facilities, that they manufacture products and good for consumers ...... And as Randy said, these "HIGH Interest rates" are a leading factor in EVERYONE's life NOW !!!! Important to "adjust" , so we CAN make it through these crazy, economic times ......
Wow guys . I love your can do attitude. Similar story. My daughter worked at head office in BIG oil company in Calgary. The big boss went for a meeting and didn't come back, security came and cleared out his office. Next day she came in and she was the only employee left in her department. They all got laid off, but her . I said after we were over the shock. I said , how's it feel to be the ultimate employee!!!
Streamlining for success…btw, the warehouse/work area is TIGHT! Clean…tidy….well organized. That’s a testament to how you can EFFICIENTLY and EFFECTIVELY turn out good quality on a quick timeline. Well done! All the best to the former Team Members.
I think that the biggest issues for potential new buyers are where can people put their tiny homes once they have been built, are the rental prices of the lots affordable, and is there long-term security for how long will they be able to stay there. I don’t think it is so much difficulty for finding financing, especially if they start with the smaller homes.
This is a normal part of business. One I used to stress and lose sleep over. You have a good heart and it shows. I’m still saving my pennies and hope to get one of your winter deals to plop down in Idaho or out west? We are still with you ❤
Grateful to have a tiny home in the “Grove”. I care deeply for ITH , 🙏for all workers, those who have remained, those that had to leave. May all succeed dear Lord I 🙏.
In hard times it is the businesses that make the tough decisions that survive. May God continue to bless you all, may your company be strengthened, & may everyone get their home on time.
Knowing the background with Brothers Cove, it’s understandable that you decided to right size the company preemptively. Good business decisions aren’t always easy. Appreciate your transparency and wish the best to those laid off.
The fact that you are as transparent as you are is why I respect what you are doing. Even though I can’t afford to buy a Tiny Home I still was and talk to my friends about what you! By the I didn’t know you were married to each other! 🎉
Hi Randy and Amanda. I'm so sorry there had to be a layoff. My husband and I had a small business, much smaller than yours, and we realized that so much more work got done with a much smaller crew. It's difficult for all involved, but as a business owner, sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Hang in there and keep on keeping on! I really do appreciate what y'all are doing and the way you guys do business! Much love ♥️
Y'all r great! To be as transparent as Y'all r is soo rare. I've personally seen a company that should have laid off workers that didn't pull their weight, it brings down the elite workers. I understand it was only part of the layoff but an important part. Keep going ITH!
One of the main reason is that the big real estate corporations are buying up affordable properties and land and are renting. This does not help to have an affordable home because land is too high. The banks are not giving because it is better for the banks to give to a few to control the money than to many to help. And the affordable low cost homes, the banks do not want because of steady high cost money. Another reason is no one is selling their homes that got 2% or 3% interest and the seniors are staying put because the cost is way too high. I understand that this is what happens but I just wish that life was just easier. We need to thrive not just survive and it an easy with the controls not helping.
So sorry to hear about the lay off, but just know that God knows y'all heart Sending prayers to all that's effective by the lay off. Randy, Amanda and the whole ITH company you are all so awesome. Keep The Faith! Keep Doing What Y'all Are Doing ❤🙏🏽
Amanda and Randy, you both are REAL people and always let everyone know what's going on. That is why I love to watch you guys. I know you are not married anymore, but you make such a cute couple!
Always great to hear about your company and your heart to help people have affordable housing and how you both think on your feet and love on your people. Now I did wonder if you were married to each other, and maybe you have said it, but now we know! You’re a great team!!
Randy sounds like what ive been through. I thought it was a over blown sinus infection but it could be more. Ive been eating raw garlic every day to fight it. Cannot afford to go to a doc. Hope that Randy gets better real quick like.
I'm retired now, but I was laid off four times when I was working. I did temp jobs to survive. I took a job at an animal shelter cleaning cages. So, I know how hard it is on folks. But, all will work out and everything will be okay. Hard work pays off. I believe you will continue to grow and sell lots of homes and land. Keep positive. You can do it. You will survive. God bless you.
That must have been tough on both ends. But the economy is not healthy right now, and as many have commented, business is business. You need to keep this going so you can get through this slowdown on the other side.
You are right Randy and Amanda you have to be aware of what is going on with the economy to be successful in your business. You have already been through loosing a business and now you are right on point with where the economy is. So sorry you had to lay off people at this time. I hope the economy comes back soon so you can rehire again. Have a great day. God Bless.
I had to make a hard choice to change part of my work week due to cancelled shifts. Im now in a positive environment working more weekend hours that won't get cancelled. Changes are hard.
Our economy is affecting everyone. You have your hands on the pulse of our country and are opening our eyes to the truth. We can stay the course when we know the truth. May God Bless Randy and Amanda. Fortunately they have survived the journey and already know how to navigate the turbulent waters. Thank you and Blessings from I Box #17. Love from Missouri 🙏💓
What a cool guy. Would be fun sit around the fire chatting with him. Preston is in such great shape too, impressive person. Good for you Randy and Amanda, so cool the beauty you two and the team have created.
Hi Randy,Ace, Amanda, and ITH. Hope all is well. Randy yes laying off staff is a hard pill to swallow it is even harder when you become close knit family. Thank you and ITH for what you do. Take care
Randy and Amanda, many companies are laying off. It is sad when you must save the company. ITH will be around for many years. We all must tighten our belts today. I feel lucky to have a roof over my head for now. Rent keeps going up. Blessing to all who were laid off. Keep your faith.
Randy I think your illness may be from the stresses of making the decision to let people go (probably some more than others!) I hope you are better soon
You have to do, what you have to do. I got laid off from a company 3/20 and it wasn't due to covid or performance, the company I worked for lost several contracts. That said, The in house Directors are still my friends. Things work out, keep doing.
Hey Randy & Amanda... It must feel amazing to know you own everything, no debt monster knocking on your door. The key to happiness is living debt free !! I'm Praying, people learn this is the key to living their best life !
26:08 Business has its challenges but it's reality. All employers can come to a place where lay offs are necessary. I pray those who had to be let go will have other doors opened for them. Be encouraged because if nothing else I see your hearts desire to employ as many as you can to help those in need. It will be ok. BTW I would love to live on the mountain, so beautiful!
I know this was a hard thing to do but you’re right these things happen and you do have to keep the company intact and I know you’re doing your best and I know this was hard because y’all have so much heart but I support y’all and God Bless You God Bless You Big 😊💕🙏🙏🙏
The problem is places to put tiny homes is too limited. It is the same challenge as the EV car industry - not enough charging stations or distance. I think the need for affordable housing is there but need infrastructure/place to put support. Randy, have you tried to work with local and federal govt agencies that have the land and can do the infrastructure support? ITH needs to focus on building tiny homes and not the capital expense of infrastructure.
I noticed on your website that you now offer a 10x24 RJO, with or without dormers. It appears to be the American Dreams big brother. I have not yet heard you mention those two new designs on any of your RUclips shows. I am hoping y'all are putting one together for a new episode!
Some couples work better as friends. These two obviously have learned a lot about life as well as business. Their commitment to personal growth and honesty is awe inspiring.
@IncredibleTinyHomes Well, I always wondered. Because I always see the energy between the two of you. I think it's great that you were once married. And now you can be best friends and business partners. It's just another shining example. Of good. People. Don't concentrate on the negative. Just keep being the people that you are. Fighting for affordable housing for everyone. It will always be my hope. That god continues to bless both of you. So that you may continue to bless others.
I truly feel for the folks who had to be laid off, this happens in any business it’s not easy but it’s a necessary evil. FB is going nuts I’ve explained this same scenario to a few folks on FB and it truly was a wake up call how cruel folks can be. Thank you for the video. I’m looking forward to moving and making my home with ITH. Stay the coarse. God bless 🙏🏽
Business is business Randy, the hurt is real all the way around. You have given these guys an opportunity to learn a trade and they should be able to find work. In the meantime, they’ll have to collect unemployment (thank goodness something will be coming in) I can only imagine that many were also able to own their own homes.
I'm so proud of ITH!!! You're doing a wonderful job! I'm still waiting on money to buy an Incredi- box. I've known hard times too. But everything works out. This will too. You're smart! Much Love to you both!!!❤
I absolutely understand this. You're trying to protect your business. That's where those with the ability to multi task and possess good work ethic comes into play. It's times like this that those attributes and a good working attitude will outshine the others.
Ive been layed off before and unfortunately had to train my replacement. Wasn't a good experience. Felt bad for the people who still had their jobs they had to work twice as much.
I once got laid off but other doors open and often better jobs. Just appreciate your time there and the training and become an asset to someone else. I always saw it as TIME TO MOVE ON!!!
This is why I stay at my job even though I'm capable of much more. I know I will never be let go. Unless I give them a reason. It has been proven to me through Covid.
Randy and Amanda you have to have the people who will catch on to the vision. Unless they are 100 % behind you then no it won’t work but I have faith that God had put you in this position to get this finish done. And remember with God ALL things are possible. DON’T GIVE UP

But, you're still helping many people doing what you're doing. You're not only building homes, but you're building communitites. What you're doing is truly awesome! All you can do is what you can do and ITH is doing incredible things!
Thank you! ❤😊
I believe in your business just purchased 8by20 Inceda box
I'm number 70 something on the build list. I have no idea where I'm gonna park this Tiny when it's completed but what my heart tells me is that ITH is a one of a kind. And worth the risk. I'm sorry for all the layoffs and drama but the company has to stay healthy.
Hopefully the people that have been let go acquired many skills under Randy. I hope that can only help them in their future endeavors. We all have to put our faith out there and hope for a positive outcome.
Just my 2 cents
Have you seen Lake at the Pines tint home village in Huntsville Alabama? Just opened for just tiny homes???😊
also as a carpenter foreman in heavey highway construction , I had to lay off many as works winds down ,it's a business ,as far as firing people I have never fired anyone!
Thank you for your comment, very appreciated 😊
Nice vague reply from ITH. I’m so sorry you have to deal with this and it must be devastating for you.
They built my home and I got it 6 months late. Patience is my advice to you because the communication is terrible.
The guys they let go are building them better in 6-8 weeks for cheaper!
Thank you for sharing that, very true and so appreciate your experience ❤😊🙏🏻
Completely understand! You are an incredible company providing a much needed service. You do you.
You guys did it! 200k! My wife and I are so happy for you! We can't wait to get our double dormer Christmas special!
Absolutely, thank you for understanding 😊❤
Company's say they will train to multi-task but don't always do it. Thanks again for being real ❤
That's the udgy part of business layoffs. I will be paying for them and for the business. God Bless you all❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It is the worst part for sure.
Thank you for your comment and prayers ❤🙏🏻
IVE been a contractors wife for 40 + years, this is how construction goes the world over. Good luck Randy we are still rooting for ITH .
Thank you for sharing that information 🙏🏻
I love you guys, and unfortunately due to this economy this is happening everywhere. It’s a terrible situation and prayers are lifted for everyone involved. Trust in the Lord, and he will lead you down the right path 🙏🏻 walk by Faith not by sight. God Bless 🙏🏻🇺🇸
Thank you for doing the video. It’s pretty crazy out there in social media wasn’t good at all, but I believe in you guys and I believe in this company and I believe in Randy so thanks for updating us. I know it will mean a lot to a lot of different people.
Excellent comment !!!
Thank you for sharing that! Very encouraging ❤😊🙏🏻
I ain't going anywhere because I want to buy a incredible tiny house
Same here asap for me my goal is next year in June
Keep up the great work ❤
I love you guys!!! To be so transparent, it's amazing and appreciated. I know that I still want to get in your community, somehow, someway...😊
We get past little issues to improve…. you did good😉
I too am a retired Industrial Arts Teacher. I hope to see y’all both tomorrow when we visit both Morristown and Newport.
Thank you for this information for us all 😊🙏🏻
Thank you for keeping us updated!
I think that the biggest issues for potential new buyers are where can people put their tiny homes once they have been built, are the rental prices of the lots affordable, and is there long-term security for how long will they be able to stay there. I don’t think it is so much difficulty for finding financing, especially if they start with the smaller homes.
Thanks for the information. Please keep us posted as much as you can. Praying for us all to stay strong and keep moving forward.
Thank you for sharing this information. It makes sense and is understandable. 🙂❤️🤗
❤❤❤❤ Thanks again for just Keeping it Real 🎉🎉
This is a normal part of business. One I used to stress and lose sleep over. You have a good heart and it shows.
I’m still saving my pennies and hope to get one of your winter deals to plop down in Idaho or out west? We are still with you ❤
Grateful to have a tiny home in the “Grove”. I care deeply for ITH , 🙏for all workers, those who have remained, those that had to leave. May all succeed dear Lord I 🙏.
Thank you for that encouragement ❤😊🙏🏻
In hard times it is the businesses that make the tough decisions that survive. May God continue to bless you all, may your company be strengthened, & may everyone get their home on time.
Best wishes and prayers for prosperity for everyone affected by layoffs.
Great information, thank you!
@@IncredibleTinyHomes You are welcome. I hope this info helps you.
You done right! So proud for you!!
I know the struggle was tough but the direction is right!! ❤❤❤
Good on you!!
So sorry to hear about the lay off, but just know that God knows y'all heart
Sending prayers to all that's effective by the lay off.
Randy, Amanda and the whole ITH company you are all so awesome.
Keep The Faith!
Keep Doing What Y'all Are Doing ❤🙏🏽
Love this video! Love Randy & Amanda! You two & ITH’s are a God sent!!! You have my total support & prayers. 🖐️😊❤️🙏
Very tough
Thank you for your comment 🙏🏻
You are right Randy and Amanda you have to be aware of what is going on with the economy to be successful in your business. You have already been through loosing a business and now you are right on point with where the economy is. So sorry you had to lay off people at this time. I hope the economy comes back soon so you can rehire again. Have a great day. God Bless.
God Bless you and thank you! ❤😊
I had to make a hard choice to change part of my work week due to cancelled shifts. Im now in a positive environment working more weekend hours that won't get cancelled. Changes are hard.
Thank you for that input. Changes are very hard 😞🙏🏻♥️
Thank you Heidi
Our economy is affecting everyone. You have your hands on the pulse of our country and are opening our eyes to the truth. We can stay the course when we know the truth. May God Bless Randy and Amanda. Fortunately they have survived the journey and already know how to navigate the turbulent waters. Thank you and Blessings from I Box #17. Love from Missouri 🙏💓
Thank you for the encouragement ❤😊
What a cool guy. Would be fun sit around the fire chatting with him. Preston is in such great shape too, impressive person. Good for you Randy and Amanda, so cool the beauty you two and the team have created.
Thank you so much! So appreciated 😊❤
Thank u for this video! Im still coming!!!! So excited.
Thank you! We are moving forward 😊🙏🏻♥️
Loved the video. ❤
Thank you 😊
Hi Randy,Ace, Amanda, and ITH.
You're a good couple, we need people like you. God bless you.......Keep going
Good afternoon from Syracuse NY Randy and Amanda and everyone else
Hi Earl 😊
Hi my friends and I shared your videos with my friends
You guys manage your business right and remain debt free! More power to yas ! I admire your transparency!
Thank you 😊
I know this was a hard thing to do but you’re right these things happen and you do have to keep the company intact and I know you’re doing your best and I know this was hard because y’all have so much heart but I support y’all and God Bless You God Bless You Big 😊💕🙏🙏🙏
Thank you!
It was hard and we appreciate your encouragement 🙏🏻🥹
WAIT? WHAT?!? Were Amanda and Randy married to each other?!?
We use to be, now we’re just business partners 😊
@@IncredibleTinyHomes Bless you BOTH .... We feel the pain of what had to be done at ITH .... Keep those chins "UP" PLEASE ...........
Thank you so much for your support ❤😊
Some couples work better as friends. These two obviously have learned a lot about life as well as business. Their commitment to personal growth and honesty is awe inspiring.
@IncredibleTinyHomes Well, I always wondered. Because I always see the energy between the two of you. I think it's great that you were once married. And now you can be best friends and business partners. It's just another shining example. Of good.
People. Don't concentrate on the negative. Just keep being the people that you are. Fighting for affordable housing for everyone. It will always be my hope. That god continues to bless both of you. So that you may continue to bless others.
Don’t listen to haters. They will be ok just complete your task.
Thank you, stay the course is our motto right now 😊❤
Love your work 👌
I truly feel for the folks who had to be laid off, this happens in any business it’s not easy but it’s a necessary evil. FB is going nuts I’ve explained this same scenario to a few folks on FB and it truly was a wake up call how cruel folks can be. Thank you for the video. I’m looking forward to moving and making my home with ITH. Stay the coarse. God bless 🙏🏽
Business is business Randy,
the hurt is real all the way around. You have given these guys an opportunity to learn a trade and they should be able to find work. In the meantime, they’ll have to collect unemployment (thank goodness something will be coming in) I can only imagine that many were also able to own their own homes.
Hi Amanda
Thank you for Caring.
Randy thank you
I'm so proud of ITH!!! You're doing a wonderful job! I'm still waiting on money to buy an Incredi- box. I've known hard times too. But everything works out. This will too. You're smart! Much Love to you both!!!❤
Thank you for the encouragement 😊❤
Thank you for this insight 😉🙏🏻
Thanks Randy & Amanda for sharing this update.
Let the negative nellies kick rocks.
Thank you 😊❤
I still plan on buying a tiny home one day I’m just waiting for the right place like Florida near beaches 😊
So proud of you both for making the tough decisions. Hang in there! 💚🙏
Randy and Amanda you have to have the people who will catch on to the vision. Unless they are 100 % behind you then no it won’t work but I have faith that God had put you in this position to get this finish done. And remember with God ALL things are possible. DON’T GIVE UP
Thank you so much for this comment ❤😊
Welcome Preston to the ITH family.
