Really impressed, Randy. That's a lot of work finished, some still in progress, and some more yet to be done. The lots on the Mountain are a nice big size, too. Some very fortunate people are going to be living there!

It's frustrating that I can't see it in person and don't know exactly when, but the dream of living there will not ever change. Plus I want to make a positive difference in as many lives as possible, just be a credit to the whole community.
The mountain looks great! Can't wait to see it filled with homes! Randy, my Rottweiler loves Ace! She jumps at the TV and whines every time she sees him. And she so used to seeing him with you that she starts to whine when she sees you, even if Ace isn't with you on video 🤣. Love you guys.

Agreed, no exotics! It's so important in this wooded area to respect the native flora; there are so many beautiful varieties to choose from.

Lucas being quiet is what I liked about the video. I find it very irritating to have two voices (sometimes more if they’re showing an occupied home) yapping, sometimes at the same time. Different strokes for different folks!

Birch trees grow fast (2' per year) if they are in cool, moist soil. They are beautiful year round. They could be planted wherever their roots would be shaded from the hot afternoon sun.

What a great opportunity to vet some developers in your area! Any land owner has the opportunity to contact ITH & propose a partnership! Start introducing ITH to your family & friends, and your area land owners, etc. to see if there's any interest! Review past videos to see how those folks can prepare (such as videos showcasing the new communities that have already partnered with ITH). It's up to you to make things happen, if you want it bad enough! Check out tiny home communities already in your state. Best of luck to you! : )

It IS an exciting video! So interesting, I played portions for the Daddy of my children to show him the overwhelming job the mountain development has been. My daughter and son-in-law have purchased 4 ITH tiny homes for their RV tiny home community in part because I couldn't stop talking about you. Keep going as long as you are able.
