I would have to agree whole heartedly with this list, in order; Ninja 400 SV 650 R6 Tuono GSXR 1000 But I find it interesting that the Tuono is on just about every list!
Kawasaki 400 or Yamaha R3, well taking the R3 might be problematic finding the track time between recalls. Wouldn't you have to be loaded for buying and maintaining the Ducati additionally you probably should be close to a professional rider to justify it, right? Maybe there should be seperate list for poor vs loaded folks or maybe newbies vs near pros or even people who want to have some fun at the track vs wanna be the next Rossi guy?
Lol GSXR 1000 for a track bike.... very few people can really handle liter bikes on the tracks with exception of expert level racers.... too much speed for typical track day riders. Unless you are racing in expert class or podium in novice class, should start tracking/racing on a ninja 400, then move up to a SV650 after a season or two. Then after a season or two on a 650 move up to a 600 SS if you feel inclined. Learn so much faster racing on a 400 first then moving up. So many squids on 600's and 1000's even in the fast groups at typical track days....
