Pro tip if a drill bit or extractor bit breaks off - just sharpen a masonry bit correctly and it will drill absolutely anything. Even the most expensive drill bits can't compare.
surprised that the nigirin rostlöser has a german label! I am sure you know Epoxy Brunox Roststopp too. It is a good choice surface rust on bodywork because it also acts as a primer.
@TheSaemiProduction @TheSaemiProduction Yes! Epoxy brunox is a good product but on bodywork rust pretty much always comes back unless you weld in fresh, unpitted metal. The nigrin product line is either really good or garbage. The Rostlöser from nigrin doesnt work well just like the gel in the video. The Tauchbad however works really well. Have to get lucky I guess :/
Hi. When I bought my E39 TDS the ABS system was not working, but all 4 calipers were working as they should. After replacing the ABS module with a second hand one my rear brakes sometimes get stuck ( it's random ). Do you think if I rebuild the rear brakes the issue will go away or my "new" ABS module is bad?
@GMAd-yc1vj @GMAd-yc1vj Never had ABS issues so I can only give a suggestion to check the affected calipers. If their water seals are still good, the issue could be somewhere else? If they are bad i would definetely do a rebuild on the calipers since then its only a matter of time if they get stuck again.
Brooo🤦🏻♂️ I believe you're trying your best. Though generally speaking, the vehicle should’ve genetically defined as the Grand Canyon of all rusts molecules😢 You should start with the most critical everything after will be easier…
@Second.Q @Second.Q Thanks for the comment! Although I don't really understand what your trying to say. The car only has rust on the doors (like every e34) and on one wheel arch. The rest is rust free minus a few tiny spots that I'm gonna adress in the future. So from a rust perspective it really isn't bad for an e34 and rust isn't on my priority list. The stuck calipers and broken engine(which I repaired in length) are far more critical to get the car back on the road than fixing a bit of rust which this car doesn't have a lot of. If I misunderstood your comment feel free to correct me :) Thanks for the support!

@@DailyDrivenClasssics Good to know! I am interested how good the caliper paint is going to stick. I had some bad results with some products.
@TheSaemiProduction
@TheSaemiProductionCaliper paint ususally sticks really well. Just have to apply many layers. I did 5 thick layers iirc:)
Great video!!!

Just remove abs in total.❤
@@user-hu6yr9ro4q wouldnt do that . Had a scary encounter in my mk2 without abs. Brakes locking up and not being able to steer is frightening🥲
