- Song of flame is already strong but with spirit of the star-eater we get some massive damage increase on the grenades and melee within the super. Not only that we can also pair spirit of the necrotic to spread poison from the song of flame melee and the prismatic warlock super enables us to spam out poison melee forever! Featuring Osteo striga, Thorn, Necrochasm exotic weapons and incandescent, voltshot weapons to cause even more area of effect damage.

I was just explaining to someone in my GM pub how Necrotic/Star Eater is the god class item for Warlock all around. It allows you to do so much like using Thorn to carry overload stun for your GM group etc
little tip - try not to use Hellion with Star Eaters while Song of Flame is active. If Hellion gets the initial scorch, your ignitions from your Song Snap will not get the 70% increase from Star Eaters, rendering the class item useless.

Thorn x Necrotic Grips has been my go to on Warlock for the longest time. Prismatic really does allow even more Build Crafting options!

Been using Necrocasm with this setup, and the solar melee to get extra ignitions with the new artifact perk. Feels great, but wish there was a darkness buff we could get to use Shieldcrush for it's melee regen. Only one I could think of is a repulser brace weapon to get overshield.

I was using osteo + base necrotic in the first two weeks of GMs. Was pretty strong. I have this class item now but still farming class items on titan so havent played much destiny the past week and a half...

@Dreadnotus what was nerfd? Osteo? They did something to the poison or something? It really doesn't seem to matter with all the BS prismatic throws out. I think they had to nerf it before TFS otherwise game would break. Gun works just fine you should try it. Easy to overflow the mag to over 100 and it's basically as good as ever I don't notice anything missing.

Last I remember, regular nightfalls did not have revive tokens.
