  • Hi, Thanks for Hanging Out!
In this video, I'll show you the process to prepare and finish this beautiful Norfolk Island Pine Timber Slab into a functional work bench/table for the laptop and kids homework.
I try a few new things with this project, like a resin/epoxy pour and bowtie joins across the cracks in the slab. They don't quite go to plan, so this was a great learning experience.
The final result is fantastic and I'm very happy with it, the welding on the legs definitely improved and I was able to recover the epoxy pour to end up with a great finish.
I hope that it may help or inspire you with your own project and any questions or comments you have, please leave those below.
    Thank you for watching.

Hi, Thanks for Hanging Out! Phew, there was a lot going on with this project including an epic disaster with the first epoxy pour that just leaked everywhere, but that was a good learning experience and I'll know better next time. Everything from the top, to the epoxy to the legs turned out just fantastic and I couldn't be happier. What part of the build did you like the most?
I hope you enjoy the video and thanks for watching 👍
