That T50 is just my perfect sports car. Absolutely sensational. Must be incredible to drive one. Gordon Murray wanted it to be driving perfection and i think he achieved it.
EDIT: Ok so it seems midway through Shmee got a camera down the far end so partly redeemed himself. Video footage was not great but credit where due at least he got race end footage. EVERY. SINGLE.TIME .. I genuinely struggle to understand how every time shmee and others attend they dont have cameras at the far end to see which car "wins" each race. Its so frustrating.
It's down to the logistics. On an airport like this, you can't just walk around freely so to even get somebody to the finish as we did requires airport security taking them there and staying with.
@@Clipserez Its an airport. Drones flying around will require special permission and will be strictly controlled and where they can operate. thank you @Shmee150 for your response. I get the security issues it is an airport after all. It would be great if in future something could be arranged even if it is simply 1 feed for all with one person filming the finish line and the footage being made available to all attendees/content creators to splice into their videos. Or maybe even simply placing a camera on a tripod at an angle. That way only 1 security person would be needed to escort down the finish line.

It's a rare car from a new company and is insanely expensive... Considering how he uses cars it won't be a wise choice heck the TSRS is from zenvo that have been around much longer and is "cheaper" yet he's very gingerly with it. That will be worse with the T50

This is the 2nd time where Jesko and Chiron meet up in a drag race event but somehow these people forgot to race them against each other. Seems like Koenigsegg and Bugatti did some kind of agreement to not race them face to face as they are rivals. Else the Chiron would be embarrassed.
Jesko definitely faster at top end. Unfortunately this Jesko Absolut had a fire issue later at this event. Something apparently blew up in the engine bay. Chiron would be second but at least not on fire.
I think it would lose but not be embarrassed lol. And it would only lose at like 210mph. Also you also have to add that the Jesko needs E85 to do this. The Chiron doesn’t.
@@davidajayi1207 If this was a rolling race the Chiron would be embarassed. The Jesko needed 18.8 seconds to go 0-400 while the Chiron took 32.6 on their respective record breaking runs. That's a massive difference, especially when the Jesko has a worse 0-100 time since it's RWD.
Gumball 3000 Rally would've been much fun to watch, like you always do every year, specially because its the 25th anniversary. I know Shmee is very organised and he had enough time and money to go to Gumball this year. 😔
WHY ON EARTH so many people take sometimes ONE full second to react to the start signal? its not that they have a slow start, is that they only go waaaay after the give the green light, it low key pisses me off lol Otherwise, this is top tier content. well done Tim.
Genuinely because it's harder than you think; you've been sitting in the queue, the pull to the front and have a moment to think about it. Most of these cars are quite complicated to launch, although I would certainly suggest to everyone to learn how their launch control works before getting there to make the most of it!
But then you wouldn't even have had this video of the races because I'd have to spend 20-30 mins each time looping around. The session only lasted about 1.5 hours so this is seriously compressed.
That's a seriously entitled attitude. This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy the spectacle of private owners sharing these amazing machines. Let's have a more positive life attitude, it'll get you further.

We see the cars leaving the line, often not together and then you can't see the outcome. We get to see a drone whiz off and probably capture the essence of the race but we don't get to see that. I don't see how you find it entitled because I dare to give an opinion and with feedback on the format most car fanatics prefer.
If we can't get a full camera set up like carwow, this is the one event in the world where we need that Red Bull drone to film the whole race from above and track the cars up the strip 🤣
I say 22:26 had to be the best part of the video those two V12’s seem to sing to each other. It was unbelievable and also don’t sleep on those Lambo V10’ they sound amazing!
He could have just set up a static camera at the finish line this would have been one of the most epic videos ever but just watching the start line is complete trash
All this money obviously can't buy them driving skills. Nearly nobody is able to do a proper launch and stay on the throttle till the finish line. Why you even go on a "drag strip" then?

Super amazing video. Watching this was spectacular in itself but I guarantee the in-person experience with the sounds and the smell must have been truly next level. The T.50 was the highlight for me followed by the thunderous Koenigseggs.

The GMA puts every other hyper car to shame in both sound and performance. Pagani's sounded boring. Koenigsegg did not sound much better. GMA is just in a different class.
The GMA is totally different though really, its designed to be a pure driving machine thats fun at any speed and small enough to have a driving line inside your single lane on B roads. Ive gotta say though im impressed with how fast it is in a straight line too though!
