Ingredients-
Bitter Gourd (karela)- 250 gms
Tomato-1 (small)
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Any pickle masala -2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Jaggery or sugar -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -3 tbsp
Aloo Karela:
Bitter gourd -250 gm
Potato -2
Onion-1 large
Cumin seeds -1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
salt to tate
Cooking oil-2 to 3 tbsp
Schezwan Karela-
Bitter gourd - 250 gm
Garlic cloves - 8 to 10
Onion -1 (medium)
Schezwan chuntney - 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup -1 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -2 to 3 tbsp
Khatta Meetha Karela:
Bitter gourd - 250 gm
Onions - 1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar -1/2 tsp
lemon juice -1 tbsp
Cooking oil -2 to 3 tbsp
Karele ki Sabzi:
Bitter gourd (karela)- 250 gm
Onion -1
Tomato-1
ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/4 tsp
Cumin powder-1/24 tsp
Salt to taste
Crispy Karela :
Bitter gourd -250 gm
onions -2
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
