Bitter gourd(karela)-250 gm(peeled, washed and chopped)
Onion-2(chopped)
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp(optional)

Cooking oil- 3 to 4 tbsp

Hi, Kabita. Nice one. But can we add little less oil in this ? It's too much oil.... if we are to reduce putting oil, how much it should be .... Thank u .
Hello Sangeetha ...You may reduce the quantity of oil...but prefer using adequate amount of oil that is required to fry the karela... Also , in the last step we are anyways draining the excess oil .. so you need not worry much about oil :)
What about salt do we not add salt later ?? I try your recipe and they are delicious
