Then we squeeze the bitter guard so that all bitter salty water is completely removed and then continue with the recipe. Is it a correct method? Just asking for your suggestion.
I tried this recipe as I did for several of your other superb recipes..but inspite of frying bittergourd slices properly (golden brown colour),the crunchy fry was too bitter...can you give some tips to remove extreme bitterness of these type of bittergourds ...thanks and regards Hemaji...👍
Remove the seeds, soak in water, add turmeric and salt to it. (I think adding tamarind also will do, but not sure.) Let it soak for like 30 minutes and then remove the water and squeeze the bitter guards to remove the excess water from it. And then continue with this recipe.

Today I have Cooked this recipe, and I used fresh coconut instead of desiccated coconut 🥥. It has been turned out very well. But the thing is the masala that we made using mixture grinder will be a paste instead of powder form. I dried it in the same pan 🥳 you can also try
With the same measurement I did the recipe the taste was super WOW😍😍
