I love huge palettes because it's more bang for your buck. Having 70 little palettes isn't easier to store than 7 big palettes imo.
Agreed! I like all size eyeshadow palettes, unless the pans are to small to even fit my finger in, lol. But to me, size doesn't matter if I like the color story and formula/ brand. They all end up fitting the same in my dresser drawers or standing up on display in my palette dividers. Plus, the larger palettes with beautiful art work make great display pieces in my bathroom and bedroom. Iight get overwhelmed but then I just have to get creative. Great review, beautiful look!
The large Earthly is so nice but don’t like large palettes because I also get overwhelmed and end up not using them so I got the 16 and then went back and got 9 pan and now I’ve Decided I’m going to order the larger one when I catch it on sale. Moral of the story I should have just got the big one to begin with lol
I got the Earthy 42 pan one in Annette's vid today and also the Midnight 42 pan. They are bundled right now on the site for only 35.00. Not bad for two 42 pan palettes.

Meh, it is never too late to review a palette. Many of us do not buy things right when they release so we can wait and save or wait and see reviews even. I want this and the other big palette but am still waiting because there are things I want just a little more (Blend Bunny palettes I need.)

I love when people use older palettes. It helps me use what I have instead of wanting to get every single new palette. I was so bad about it for a year or 2. I'm not an influencer, I don't need 200 palettes.

I love big palettes because as a hobby artist I always craving every pencil I can have in a special colour. I'm like that with eye shadows too. I feel so inspired and use so many. And it looks so wonderful.
Hey Annette, just wanted to thank you for all the great chill content over the last few years. I had a rough several years and my hobbies changed up as well, but your videos remain a great way to unwind and always reinspire my love for fun makeup. You don't know how much I valued it. Now done with the soap and on to the actual video haha

I want to get the purple and blue one. It has repeat shades from the magic something or other palette and I missed that one. I do have the other one but I don't think they have repeats, or not as many. Opulence or something is the one I mean lol. The wilderness palette and this one have a lot of the same shades too and I have the wilderness so I didn't want to get this one even though greens are my favorite neutrals lol.
I have the largest blue and purple.. it’s absolutely flippin incredible. I can’t rave about it enough. They are my favourite colours to use so maybe I’m biased but the formulas are incredible and it just makes me so happy to play with it 😍😍
I think I’m going to get this one too tbh. For the price it’s incredible. I don’t know how they do it.

You know what I can't just be buying eyeshadow palettes just to look at them. I need to use them. All looks are beautiful and you are inspiring me to splash on some makeup. Love the wing. It suits you. Makeup just makes me so happy
I purchased both of the big ones. I love their formula, and you’re right the shimmers are definitely something you need to work using glitter glue, spray or dry.., but you can’t beat the price!!

All of your looks are stunning as always, but this one you did on camera is my favorite! I'm also loving your experimental phase lately with the liner and all the little details. I've only tried one BB palette and sadly already decluttered it (wasn't a fan of the formula personally) but they do have some amazing color stories and I'm here for the inspiration as always!

I REALLY wanted the pink one but im not the best when it comes to going dark to lightest when it comes to eyeshadow so i decided not to order it
i want this so bad but the one thing stopping me is that i think its like 16 of the 20 shades in Wilderness are in here BUT it also dupes out alot of popular Melt palettes so I think its actually a smart buy in that sense!

I'm glad you bought it, I had to when I fell on love with wilderness and I got the small bundles with the 9 Pan blue pallete, the Quality pushes me for the big one but I'm not a blue gal, I appreciate it so much though and I'm glad it's in my collection
I like the look of the pallet but i do think some shades could be redundant as i am not sure they would show what different on the eye ... but interesting colour story!
The 2nd look was very Natasha Denona Metropolis/Gold pallet. Ive wanted this BB pallet but haven't seen many reviews on the larger green pallet. I looked at the 2 smaller ones but they don't have the grungy camo khaki coloured greens I really like for a 38yo person. So, I have to go for the big one even though I only like the shimmers and a couple of the browns as I don't do reds or warm tones as I'm cool toned and warms looks stupid on my eyes.

That first look is everything!! I actually ordered the 16 pan palettes from BB the other day because they had a huge sale. I just can’t deal with big palettes anymore!
this is not too late, because BB in my case had some huge shippment issues and i had to reorder those palettes and they came veeery late as well:) and i am just starting to use them.

I've never tried any of BB's eye palettes but I liked the looks you did so much that I just ordered this green Earthy palette. lol I also got the purple blue one called Midnight, because they had them on sale as a bundle. Two 42 pan palettes for 35 dollars is amazing. I can't wait to get them and try them out! Pretty looks, Annette. I think this palette is huge but it's really got some banger shades in it.

Twice in a row they ended up having to refund me.. the first time there were palettes missing and the second time my whole order was sent out, never got to me, and then said it was sent back to them. The items I bought were on sale at the time, then they were sold out… everything just was so disappointing I refuse to order from them anymore.
I'm so sorry you've had such a bad experience with them! That's how I felt with BH COSMETICS the one time I ordered never again.
@@agirlyhasnoname I think I've only ordered from them two or three times, and haven't had issues. But one of my friends (Makeup In Chaos here on yt) has had several palettes arrive broke from them, and customer service isn't very good from what it seems like from her interactions with them.
That was definitely my first experience was the ordered vanished but I had to wait six weeks to get a refund. I tried a second time because I really wanted the Earthy and the Midnight palettes. They just got here in great shape but it definitely took longer than they said it would. I am happy I got the palettes I was really drawn to but I don't think I would ever order from them again
I skipped on this palette since I bought Wilderness but it's really expanded and those greens are tempting. I love the mattes but have a lot of issues with creasing on oily hooded eyes. The price is so affordable its still wirth buying I think. Oden's eye shimmers really work exceptionally well for me

I picked up the bundle with this and the 16 pan version during a sale. It was actually cheaper than the palette by itself. They were also giving out a free bright palette too. You are right about the shipping taking forever. I just got mine a few days ago. Haven’t had a chance to do much with it. I enjoyed this.

I’m glad I own this palette, also. I experienced creasing with one of the shimmers, but maybe I used too much nyx glitter primer beforehand.
These are great thoughts! I love green eye shadow the best, though I wasn't sure I needed to have this papa bear palette, so I haven't pulled the trigger. Maybe I'll get the mama bear size. I will watch practically everything you put out no matter what. ❤
I'm messy with my lipstick too. It is hard for me wear colorful lipsticks (and I have so many of them) because it ends up all over.
Go tell how this formula lipstick from lethal did wear throughout the day. I have very dry lips and these formulas dry my lips out even more.
Your looks are beautiful as always. I need totry do start with the darker eyeshadow color too. Maybe it gets easier to start an eye look.

Also I know personally I like later reviews or reviews of older palettes bc I look up palettes all the time for inspiration, and often don't buy at launch.

It is definitely not too late to review the palette! I got it a week or so after the launch but was still interested how other people feel about it 🥰 I prefer big palettes because I normally use one palette at a time and with smaller ones possibilities are more limited :) I really love Beauty Bay palettes colour stories and formula :) Love the mattes and the shimmers :) Some darker shimmer shades crease just a little but nothing that I cant quickly fix with a finger :)

I am not inspired by big palettes, but also feel limited by a quad; I think a happy medium is necessary. IMO a lot of shadows are great for when I am going for a specific look and need a particular shade the Blends palette by Blend Bunny Cosmetics comes to mind .I am also not the biggest fan of BB's formula. I feel like their palettes are better suited for intermediate to advanced makeup users.

In fact, I usually watch videos of my favorite influencers for inspirations. I love the way they use makeup which is particular to each of them. So I don't mind if the reviewed palette is old or brand new, I am more interested to know what and how they will do. I just love your creativity, your ways of playing with colors, so I don't really care about which palette you're reviewing, I'm just curious about what looks you're going to end up with 😍😍😍 !!!

Personally I prefer the older shimmer formula from the Brights palette b/c these here crease on me, but these here are so shimmery. I have this palette and I really like it.
