1- get more sleep 2- eat healthy 3- exercise 4- meditating 5- treat yourself, some form of self care - fill your own cup. hobby, something that makes you happy!
Thank you for posting this video! I took a 9 month break from the hospital for my mental health and now I am choosing to go back and most likely will be back on nights. I hear doing yoga, working out and meditating to get your mind right before your shift and after really helps! ☺️ Yesss girl, “Treat Thyself!” I love to do my own nails or get a pedicure.
I recommend the sleep 💤😴. It is not talked about enough. The body and mind repairs during sleep. I agree. During this hectic season I prioritize sleep. It helps. Agree in eating good. Keep it simple. For me 10 minute workout daily help. Prayer, meditation and talking to real people about the stress. Helpful. And can't agree more on hobbies. Nurses need outlets! Do something you enjoy. 💐
That’s the thing with meditation the whole practice is about noticing when your mind is drifting and refocusing. It’s a constant practice of noticing when your awareness is drifting
I need as much energy as possible before I start my BSN this semester. I'm a coffee addict and I need a happy medium on what to do to keep me going.. any ideas? P.S, Please keep posting. I absolutely love you videos. ❤❤❤ Alexa:)

Thank you for this video. I'm nearing the end of my nursing program and needed this today. I had the opportunity to observe for a day in the NICU and am strongly considering neonatal nursing and possible night shifts ❤

I love your hair 😍😍😍
I tried meditating I need to get back into it. It’s so hard to control your mind to think absolutely nothing but it was very calming

I’m trying to meditate in my car in the parking lot before my shift. Help put me in a better mindset for work and bring that positive energy with me!
@@kiradonofero1416 I can definitely see that being helpful!
