@æ _ to me the album didn't feel rushed. Everything was done to the best it could have been for 27 minutes. My criticism is I wish there could have been an extra two minutes on each track.

The media has been BASHING this album and I think it’s a phenomenal album and I’m just glad I’m not the only one. I’m happy he has everyone saying Jesus is King. I think what is disappointing is that Yandhi supposedly had so many classics that we will never hear and this one is nothing like “haters” heard on the snippets. This is just a theory. I love this album so much!!
I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece. I’d still consider MBDTF, graduation, and let registration to all be better albums and I feel like the audio could have been better on follow god (his voice sounds kinda weird imo, could’ve sounded better) and all of the songs are pretty short. That being said, I like the message and would have liked to see more material and a more fine tuned product

On the starve part, where he said "I won't let my family Starve" he wasn't speaking about financial situation, he was speaking from a spiritual and biblical meaning where Jesus promise in His Word that if we follow Him we will never thirst or hunger again for in Him we will be filled and full (Jesus used stories and metaphors back then at the time where people can understand him.) Meaning this desire that we yearn to look for is really Him but if you don't have Him you will always be searching for love because God created you to have relationship with Him and He created you with Love for he is the definition of it.
So when Kanye said I wont let my family starve he is saying I will lead them to you and lead them your way meaning he will take his family to church so they can be "fed" with the Word of God.
