    Is it really possible to lose water weight without cutting carbs ?

    • @ericwojo81
      @ericwojo81  Месяц назад

      Without cutting GOOD carbs, yet. 1000000%. Processed carbs slow the process down but it’s more about how much you eat

      Fruits, grains, veggies, nuts, beans. I mean pretty much 100% of everything I eat are carbs. I’m not a masssive fan of bread but you’ll see me eat breads as well every so often

    Im a vegan activist, and I have to say that this video is a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, I appreciate the creators enthusiasm and willingness to share their personal experiences with supplements and self-care. Its great to see someone being open about their health journey and trying out different products.
    On the other hand, there are some things in this video that dont sit well with me as a vegan activist. First of all, the use of honey is not vegan at all! I know that the creator says theyre not using it daily, but its still an animal product that comes from bee slavery. As vegans, we believe in compassion and non-exploitation of animals, so using honey or any other animal-derived products goes against those values.
    Another thing that bothers me is the emphasis on bodybuilding supplements and multivitamins. While I understand that these products can be helpful for some people, theyre not necessary for everyone, and they can also have negative effects if used excessively. As a vegan activist, I believe in promoting a balanced lifestyle that includes a plant-based diet, regular exercise, and self-care practices like meditation and yoga.
    Finally, I want to say that Im not a fan of the way this video is framed as a competition or a bro culture. The creator talks about being an Eagle and trying to be the best version of themselves, which can be alienating for people who dont fit into that mold. As vegans, we believe in inclusivity and acceptance, so I think its important to promote a more diverse and welcoming community.
    Overall, while this video has some good points, I think it could benefit from a more nuanced approach to self-care and health promotion. By focusing on plant-based living, compassion, and self-acceptance, we can create a more positive and empowering message that resonates with people of all backgrounds.

      @@veganradiation I’m just trynna change the game. People are tired of the hardcore religious vegans. It gives people a bad taste. I’m willing to put It out there & show them a different side of what experimenting with trying things while being vegan looks like. Vegan 9 years & 1 week of trying honey, now I’m the bad guy to vegans. Just odd

      Here is the God's word,
      Genesis 9: 3: "Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things."
      Yes, meat is a godgiven food.
      Here is the warning,
      1Timothy 4: 1-3: "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth."
      The problem is Devil runs the world. He is lier and murderer. This is the reason why pagans are supported by authorities.
      That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. He has anointed the king, Jesus Christ. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our beloved ones again! :-)
