How’s it going sir? Perfect timing to post this video as I finally took the leap of faith and decided to start an insulation business here in South FL after two years of debating. Currently 21 years old with 2 years of attic insulating experience for a very small company ( that sadly moved away) and suggested that I started my own business. I noticed not all business plans would work in all areas. Like door to door sales in my neck of the woods would never work, for decades woodchucks guys who offer landscaping and arborist work rotted out that type of sales. Would never work here but I respect the hustle. Your type of business if you don't get enough material sales you won't have the margin to compete with the major players if they wanted the retrofit work. I was focusing on new construction then went to another company that did mainly retrofit. Seems like you have to expand and roughly you might have some low performers on your team. Hit me up if you want to grow your business.
I don't offer a sales program or anything like that, just general knowledge from someone who knows insulation been doing it for 13 years and went from bottom to the top. Insulating a shed to multimillion commercial projects
