Sorry, no. If a boot loot should be a mainboard in the theory, but, I've proven myself that not always. Try to disconnect backlight error pin on the backlight PCB if firmware upgrade won't work. Not always a customer is right. 😉
Maybe the screen has lines anyway? I have seen them before (AUO) panels are rubbish, you can send the board away to get the chip replaced and will come back with no Netflix and another app, they will no longer work I think it’s about £100+ roughly
Thank you, but, I'd rather do a Frankenstein out of it if can find VGH, VGL, AVDD & VDD signals for this particular display ;). Can be a Panasonic or Samsung after, I don't care :D.
@@wisher21uk that’s not an issue to me, I just want my new broken tv working (I bought it as „for parts“ to repair but I had higher hopes than I seemingly knew what to do to repair)
Have you find something as i got one with the same problem costumer saying that tv was in updated mode and stuck on that

@@screen-protector lol
@@wisher21uk Not always I can do it, you know. But, if I can find all the signals from the T-con = why not ;).
The EMMC has got to its end of write/rewrite life I have 4 Sonys here all doing the same thing,
Do a Frankenstein ;) then. Why not?
@@screen-protector worth a try
How to put the firmware on the chip then tho or will the tv even do the install with a blank emmc?
@@seesikopter you need to buy a chip with firmware on it, BUT!! Some of the apps won’t work like Netflix
