This is super helpful! Most other videos I watch involve making fancy solutions to soak the wipes in… of course water and a cloth wipe will work perfectly well!
No I always washed every 3 days and stains weren't usually a problem. If you do get stains hang them out in the sun and they come up lovely and white again.
I take a little bag of dry wipes out with me. When I need one I wet it under the tap if I'm in a baby changing room or with my water bottle if I'm not. Sometimes I wet them before I go out and put them in a little wet bag so they are ready to go. When used I put them in the dirty wet bag with my nappies.

Do you find letting them sit in the hamper between washes sets stains? This is my concern but obviously I may not be able to wash daily.

I made some cotton wipes from old cloths, hopefully it will work just as fine
