Was this car crashed before? How come the bumper was intact in the front but the metal beam behind looks bent in? I have the same on my car but can’t figure out where this came from

how to remove the headlight washer? im converting to R bumper
It's holding in 2 clips right underneath the headlight assembly. Just pop them out and it will release the headlight washer.
