You can't remove the driver door handle with the lock(driver side) unless you remove the door panel from inside, then you have to remove the windshield motor along with all the hardware from around it. Then you have to remove a little purple bracket (it's made from plastic and make sure to not brake it) wich it's mounted over the locking handle from inside the door panel and it's also connected to the other locking mechanism from the middle of the door... It's a difficult job to do but I will make a video in the future and show you all how to do it.

I didn't had any major problems with the car beside normal wear for suspension parts. I upgraded the oil pump with life warranty 6000 kilometers ago and now I have 320k. I don't have the typical problem with the oil pump anymore on my engine.

There are two pumps. One for windshield and one for headlights. The one from headlights it's burned and only by replacing it with a new one will make it work. Also check the fuses.

It does notatter how much force you put to remove the glow plugs. The point it's to remove them and that's it. If you want to tight them back, in special on this car you have to tight them to 15 or maxim 20NM.i recommend 15 NM

Normally it will stay up in the open position if the handle was removed. But anyway try using a metal wire and pull it out to have access to the screw.

@@HOWTODO0828 Thank you for your answer. I was looking for this item, but I can't find it. follow the cables from the fan, my cables go into the plastic tube and come out only in the relay box. The cables from the temperature sensor run all the way to the car's computer. Where can it be located?

I explained in the video. Push it a little bit and tight the screw. Then pull it a little bit at the end to make room for the tool to came out and the handle should move freely.

I didn't check them. I recommend you to tight them at 25-30 NM like for the oil pan and you'll be good to go.

Yes it's the tire rod. My recommendation it's to replace the inner and outer tie rod just to be safe and just to make a verry good job on your car. Good luck mate 🙏

Yes it's când cause them to shake during braking and on heavy terrain

It's a special grease for injectors and screws. It's helping them from not getting stuck overtime inside the engine

I'm not sure of your problem it's related to your gearbox. But you can try it and see what's happening

@@HOWTODO0828 Well I've got a ..2.4 .pt cruiser..year 08 limited edition...its got lots of extra stuff....but I think basically the only difference in all the pt cruisers are the engines as a starded car I mean before..any upgrade..I think ....so I think the front discs will be the same or will fit...not sure ....I'm in channel islands ..I have the only pt cruiser on the island hahaha..luv it haha..

@@HOWTODO0828 ...got my front discs done I did it ..and pads ..£107.pounds ..and the discs was painted ..groved & drilled...they come from a uk company called Mtec.brakes..performance sport brake discs..company...Nice quality..for any car I think ....

Yes, you can replace it separately but I don't recommend because the tensioner it's loosing the tension strength over time and it will not work how it's supposed to work. The belt will get lose and probably will slip off...
