I know this is an older video but for future grilling of frozen patties, I recommend when you initially put the patty on the grill, wait 10 seconds, then flip and season, then do the same for the other side and continue as you were. Just a tip I found through my own personal trial and error. They come out much better seasoned when I do this. Either way, fantastic video man keep it up!
@daddydiysolutions no problem, also I was misremembering but it should be 2 minutes instead of 10 seconds. For frozen patties only. Fired up the grill and noticed it was 2 minutes not 10 seconds but for some reason I remembered it like if it was 10 seconds hahah
Hey young brother I see you have a lot of experience on the grill, just like you I've learned from old school uncles and friends, so now I'm 71 years old, I'm the old man teaching my young folk what I know, I had seven siblings coming up, it wasn't easy something but we made the it work, I love the way you talk about Your family, God bless you brother, keep up the good work and work hard and play hard! !!!
God Bless you and your family, I've learned so much from you on direct and indirect fire. How to place my chicken especially on the grill and hickory wood for flavor. Thank you so much Brother!!!
Sounds like they might be cooking unevenly or too fast. Make sure your grill isn’t burning too hot, and you consistently flip and rotate the burgers (as needed).
Make sure you’re lubricating your grates as well. After cleaning the grates, I like to add some olive oil or non-stick spray on my grill brush and apply it on grates. I’ll actually cover this in my next video which should drop this week.

Refreshing to see a video about cooking rather than the cook.
Thanks. Appreciate you!
Those burgers look good! I might have to try to fool around with my grill again. :)
Thanks! Let me know if you have any questions.

Very nice. I’m a chef and I’m great on the stove top and oven. Your videos are helping me up my grill game.

Liked and subscribed. I’ve been having trouble with the charcoal grill so I switched to gas but this made me want to get another. Thank you
My pleasure. Stay tuned! I think we can help you get the hang of the charcoal grill.
Looks good
I like the idea of putting the non stick spray on the brush so the burgers don’t stick. Thanks for the tips on cooking on the grill.
Thanks. Appreciate you!

Yep…that hurt…..I was two hand flipping after that…lol.
I’ve been wondering if the frozen ones were good. I’ll definitely be picking some up next grocery trip.
