    My 2004 doing a crank no start. Put a new crank sensor, ran like new. Ran it a few hours, then it died. Doing crank no start again. I'm still searching.

    • @daddydiysolutions
      @daddydiysolutions 12 часов назад

      The crank-no-start issue could still be sensor-related. Here’s what to focus on: Wiring and Connections: Check the crank sensor’s wiring and connectors for damage, corrosion, or loose connections. Camshaft Position Sensor: A faulty cam sensor can also cause intermittent starting problems, as both sensors must work together for proper timing. PCM Communication: Ensure the PCM is correctly reading sensor signals-faulty communication can cause no-start issues. Tip: Use FORScan to read live data from the crank and cam sensors. It’s a powerful tool for identifying signal issues in Ford vehicles. amzn.to/3AblJjF Note: Be cautious with aftermarket sensors, as they can be unreliable. Using OEM sensors is often a better option.

    Bro can i shift all these components to a gaming cabinet and add a graphics card....if yes..which graphics card? Will inno3d rtx 3050 work?

    • @daddydiysolutions
      @daddydiysolutions 11 часов назад

      Great question! Yes, you can transfer the components to a gaming cabinet, but you’ll need to check a couple of things first. Make sure the power supply has enough wattage for the RTX 3050, and that the motherboard has a PCIe slot to support the card. Also, ensure the new case has enough space for airflow and proper cooling. If everything lines up, the Inno3D RTX 3050 should work! Inno3D RTX 3050 - amzn.to/4eRtQB4 Just keep in mind that some pre-built systems have limited upgrade potential, so double-check compatibility before starting the transfer.

      Thanks for your input! Grilling is definitely a personal art, and everyone has their own preferences. The distance I use works great for the method I’m going for, allowing the steaks to cook evenly while developing that perfect crust without over-charring. It’s all about finding the balance that works for you.

    how can you keep/maintain a certain temp for an extended period of time?

    • @daddydiysolutions
      @daddydiysolutions 5 дней назад

      To maintain temperatures on a charcoal grill for an extended period, focus on three key factors: fuel source, vent configuration, and meat placement. Use a high-quality charcoal that burns hot and long. Set your vents for maximum airflow at the start, and adjust as needed to control the heat. Lastly, place your meat strategically-closer to the heat for faster cooking and away for more control. For a detailed breakdown, check out this video where we walk through these principles step by step: How to Control Temperature on Charcoal Grills ruclips.net/video/CFdSc4aj17s/видео.html

    Mitchel 1 👍🏼 👍🏼 a couple years ago they didn’t have single subscription DIY. I had to use AllData diy. Mitchel 1 was exclusive to businesses and easily obtained at a discount if you had an O’Reilly commercial account. I now have a commercial account but still didn’t feel like paying the monthly subscription for all vehicles. All that to say, thank you for mentioning that. I can now get a $40/year subscription just for the ‘89 F150, if I do end up needing it. Good stuff. Got a power probe too. I don’t think mine is the relay issue. I’m hoping the inertia switch was triggered. However, I might’ve overlooked the fusible link if you didn’t point that out too. Thanks.

    • @daddydiysolutions
      @daddydiysolutions 7 дней назад

      You're welcome! I'm glad the mention of Mitchel 1 and the fusible link could be helpful. It's great to hear that you can get a subscription specifically for your '89 F150 at a more reasonable cost. And having a power probe in your toolkit is always a good move-it'll definitely help with troubleshooting. I hope it turns out to be the inertia switch and not something more involved, but at least you’ve got the resources and tools to handle whatever comes up. If you need any more tips or info while working on it, feel free to ask!

      @@daddydiysolutions rear tank, side hose connection leak. Inertia switch was found to have its button down and was not triggered, preventing fuel delivery as I thought I might’ve triggered it while replacing the ignition switch. Both fuel pumps are new, as well as the high pressure pump. Before lowering the bed, I verified that both pumps were priming and that I had fuel delivery after the HP pump, and before the filter. I focused on filling up the rear tank by getting the fuel gauge up to 1/4 tank since it has the better quality, better warrantied pump. Neither pump is currently supplying fuel to the fuel rail or even after hp pump like before. I found the leak the next day. I could smell the fuel way stronger than I should’ve been. Cycled the key, and found the very obvious leak. Evidently, and maybe hopefully, that rear tank hose connection leak is preventing fuel delivery. I might add a few gallons to the front tank, see if I regain fuel delivery with that one, make sure I don’t have a tank selector issue, then address the rear tank leak. The owner did verify that the rear tank was not being used last time the truck was running. I’d say at the very least 5 years ago.

    you can pop beauty ring off. With either pipe wrench or vise grips, grab the 1/16 or more of the lock cylinder, and turn until starts. If you need to drive it, such as a repo, turn to acc first, then turn the other way. That way if lock cylider gets damaged its still drivable. Pre 98 vehicles only.
