I also find it useless to hang out with people who don't have a plan in their lives except to hang out. They could be going through training for a better job, learning to play a musical instrument, engaging in spiritual growth or fixing a broken leg on a table that is about to fall over. If you don't move forward, you fall behind, because life is not about standing in place. Also, we all (if male and heterosexual) have a sex drive and appreciate a pretty women, but to go on about how hot she is with no thought of building a real bond or communicate with women, screams of disrespect and emotional shallowness.
