I study the market, stocks, crypto, etc. stop going to the gym and scrolling on your phone or talking to people, your there to work. Weekends I’ll try to go for an hour (treadmill) around 9 or 10pm. I started working out when I was 263lbs, now as of today I’m 220 but my lowest is 202lbs as of July. Hoping to get to 180lbs by October (birthday)

Regarding the amount of days one works out in a week, I say it depends on the level that they're at and how recently they've been injured. Speaking from personal experience, working out too much after a recent injury does more harm than good. If that's the case, I'd say 3-4 days a week with high intensity is good for someone still in their healing stage. Those 3-4 days of rest in between workouts are very important for a full recovery (and may even provide more gains).

Agree, i should've started in my 20's to make it easier currently in my 40's. Began to really focus on my diet n weightlifting in my mid 30's. You're totally right! Now in my 40's, n looking younger n healthier. I get notice by 20 year old women. I still have to drop more fat weight, but on it.

Everything this man is saying are facts because at one point I was on point and In shape had my money right and bitches galore then over the course of the pandemic I ballooned up to 530 pounds and I’ve been in the gym going hard 5 days a week and have dropped down to 326 pounds since September 2023 I’m still going until I get back right and feel complete again and whole if you want change and to achieve you dreams you have to believe in yourself lock in focus build yourself up go into a bubble like Aang did in Avatar in order to achieve the avatar state he had to block out all the bullshit and distractions to be the coldest he could possibly we must do the same 💯💪🏾
