    This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. As a former chef, it was really hard to break away from my old recipes. I’m spoiled when it comes to good food and it’s been hard to adapt that into carnivore.
    I’ve done carnivore ice cream and butter bites, but this looks like it will hit the spot

    Great video thank you!! To sweeten it you can mash up 2-3 bananas, add a pinch of slat, mix that, and then fry it with ghee or coconut oil at high heat, this will caramelize the bananas. Then add them to the pudding.

      This is supposed to be carnivore. No bananas.

      Bananas are not even close to being keto friendly. Did you read the title?

    Mine never firms up. How much water are tou all using that you add your beef gelatin to ? Always smells amazing, but never changes from liquid :(

      Hello, beef gelatin powder, it's not that easy to get right. I use one part gelatine for 5 parts of water.

    Hi, I don't use gelatin to make the pudding, it takes more time to cook it on low heat, I will try with gelatin. Is there any difference between beef gelatin and pork gelatin? thanks

    • @StayFitness
      @StayFitness  2 года назад +1

      Hello! I would say beer or pork gelatin are the same as long as it's unflavoured. Pork gelating is usually what gelating foils are made of and Jell-O

    Yanilla for ne. Question: what kind of milk r u using? Almond or coconut? Regular milk has too nany carbs for me and prob not carnivore.

    • @StayFitness
      @StayFitness  2 года назад +4

      I would say milk is carnivore as it comes out of an animal 🤣😅 I use Jersey milk as it has more fat tan carbs. If I didn't wanna use milk I would probably use coconut milk from a tin.
