    BE STILL MY HEART... HOLY MOLY....
    I am so Happy.
    I am in shock... and Amazed...
    I am getting ready to start my Beef Jerky Business and wanted to have Chicken Crisps, which I thought you could only use the SKIN for that...
    This is fantastic... it is CHICKEN, not just the skin...
    LOVE THIS
    What I would do with this is cut it ups in strips or chips and Smoke in on the smoker grill
    Thank YOU so much...
    I am so Happy to have found your GREAT Video.

    Mine after 35 mins in oven never dried completely and were slightly rubbery.
    45 seconds in the microwave turned them into puffy pork rind texture and crunchy! Expanded 2-3x larger. Delicious.

    • @TotalyRandomUsername
      @TotalyRandomUsername 5 месяцев назад

      The rubbery is the issue. I did the same with beef and it turned out to become a disgusting rubber material that was not dried completly and startet do mold after a week.

      Welcome o to my channel and thank you for subscribing. These chips need to be baked at low temp so if using air fryer make sure you use a low temperature as they need to slowly dry. I use the oven at hot air flow but I think it would work both ways.

      yes you can. there are several people that have vids on this. From here I would say take chips and grind in chopper. then set back on tray and put in oven on low heat to dry it out more. Then maybe put it back into the food chopper to make it as fine as you need/want. Chicken is one of the best (vs beef) 'so far' in making a flour or bread like substitute.

    I tried making these... they did not come out crunchy.. I couldn't get the rolling pin to roll.. I am not a baker lol next time I will have my fiance roll it.

      If they didn't get crunchy then you didn't bake them long enough! I can't help you with the rolling pin not rolling tho 🤣

      They are optional, so no, the base of the chips is just chicken.
