Congrats to Vollering for absolutely braindead tactics to keep attacking when your teammates are hurting so they can drop out of the back with 10k to go, and now you have nobody to work with for the final kms!
That's funny... nobody is complaining about Pogacar attacking repeatedly by himself in the Men's Elite race... because he had the legs to actually win the race. Women don't. And that's one of the many reasons their "pro" races are so boring to watch. Cycling may be a "team" sport in theory... because a team of average riders can usually beat a single above average rider over long distances. But in today's cycling world, it's all about about individual / personal accomplishments. Nobody is talking about how "Slovenia" won gold at the World Championship in Zurich. They are talking about how Tadej Pogacar won gold. Right?
@@Big_Island_Boiit’s not mention because the rider name is synonymous to the team. Aka pog = Slovenia, WVP = Netherlands, kopecky = Belgian. The only thing funny is vollering race smarts at this event from both an individual and team perspective.
I know, it's ridiculous. Seems like the men's highlights were available elsewhere before the women's which totally dulls the appeal to watch the women's. I don't know whey UCI doesn't see that they should make each event's highlights available before the next one, especially if separated by a day. smh
Well, they didn’t bother to go look for the rider who lost her life in the U23 race until about an hour after the race, so clearly they are not in a hurry. Please do no expect competence from an organisation like UCI.
Really? No mention of Muriel Furrer in this video either? Absolutely disgraceful how UCI is just sweeping that young rider under the rug. Heartbreaking and shameful.
Vollering put herself in a bad situation after things went really well so far. Vos and Markus(?) were in the front group of four, Borghini attacked and Vollering followed. Not sure who set the pace in the second group before. Whatsoever, it's ok that Vollering tried to pull away when the two were close to the first group, but she must not drop her own teammates while having Borghini on her wheel. She needs to abort the attack if it does not work out.

Dygart way to fight ! could have given up 3, 4 or more times but clawed! Great job
Great ride ELB. Italy is always on the podium at the World Champs
I love watching women’s racing. They always get the tactics spot on.
Awesome ⚡⚡⚡🇨🇴
Big ups to Longo Borghini for forcing the issue
Dutch tactics went horribly wrong 🙈
What's new?
Why does it take 24 hours to get highlights up

Probably has to do with how quickly the UCI releases the footage to the general media.

Cause it's women's cycling. No one cares or watches
Solid race. Way to go!
Great race! Congrats to all
2 kilometers to go and they let Chloe Dygert catch up , wtf were they thinking?
"I don't want to do the work"
"I don't want to do the work"
"I don't want to do the work"
"I don't want to do the work"
Union cycliste internationale, but brazilians weren't able to watch the yt live

Brava Vollering 7+
Brava davvero la vollering,se il suo obbiettivo era fare perdere la Voss. Lotte era la più debole e ha vinto!!!
Agree, stupidity by Vollering, she would rather lose than let Vos win.
Demi looked the strongest and finished off the podium. That's Dutch Women's Team style.
Congrats to Chloe D. !!!!! MAGA!!!!!!!!!
NO LGBT 😀😀😀😀
