Even I rehearse timing and then click yes. My voice over still doesn't sync with the animation on powerpoint 2013. I use one complete voice over throughout the whole presentation. I set the voice over to play across the slides.

Many people have PowerPoint already. On Macs, Keynote is free. Or you could even use Google Slides online, which is free. I believe even PowerPoint online is free now, if I'm not mistaken. That's much better than the video editing software which costs a lot more (+ time to learn). Or the way higher prices you would pay if you hired someone for this. That's what I meant! :p

In Mac just use screen recording option it will do in seconds.. for audio and vedio.. command+shift+5.
in Windows screen recording not there..
