@@robertallen6710 I've been lifting that sort of weight and heavier for 55 years including competitive weight lifting when i was younger and had no problems .... as long as you do it in a sensible manner, it will make you more robust to injuries
remember lads, not only do you need decent strength in your back, quads, and core to lift 150kg she did that without straps meaning she has well developed forearms and good grip strength. that should put a smile on any mans face :)
