Oh yeah i remember that. It wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't play on console, but yeah all the old worlds have no progress on the maps or something like that.
so from 12:42 to 19:22 to mine one row, that's 400 seconds, mining a 5 high strip, the world has roughly 2400-350 mineable blocks (on a random large world I generated the highest tile is at 360 from the top.) that's 410 back and forth runs, so 16400s, or 45 hours and 33 minutes if you were to do it perfectly efficiently. also from ~1640 there's lava, so if you were to keep the obsidian skin up, it has a duration of 6 minutes or 360s, 760 tiles give a duration of 60800s, so you need 168.8 potions. in theory it's faster to mine vertically or diagonally than horizontally, as the DCU goes 31 mph horizontally, 41 vetically and 51 diagonally, so in theory if you just mined diagonally perfectly it would probably take at least 27 hours and 40 minutes. note that I'm not sure what's the slowdown with stone and others if there's any with the dcu, so it might be closer to 100hours with some good speed and few deaths that's still insane but kinda less than I expected
