I am suffering this anal fissure pain from last 3 months that it heals and again comes back finally I went to doctor in Janurary he told me it’s a fissure gave some stool softener anesthic cream and a dilator. So it was okay from one month but now again facing the same thing this is the fourth time it has reoccured from last year November and everytime the pain is more severe than the last time. No, anal fissure doesn’t cause abdominal pain. One factor that can cause abdominal pain is eating spicy food, which could cause diarrhea. Then it leads to anal fissure. I would suggest not to eat spicy food. Also, drinking plenty of water help stomach problems.

I am suffering this anal fissure pain from last 3 months that it heals and again comes back finally I went to doctor in Janurary he told me it’s a fissure gave some stool softener anesthic cream and a dilator. So it was okay from one month but now again facing the same thing this is the fourth time it has reoccured from last year November and everytime the pain is more severe than the last time. Do i need to undergo surgery for it now as i am really scared of injections even.
