I see that you have a shot of me slicing the Beef Ribs. Did you try some??

I unfortunately did not. Yall were next to the barbacoa de cabeza so I snuck over for a quick shot but didn't get to taste test it. Next year!

Luckily, you came early. You were able to try a lot of different foods.
Which ones were some of your favorites?
I got there at 1:30 am, and ate at some of the restaurants inside first. I got full fast, so I had to be more picky with which restaurants I ate at.
By the time that I got outside at 3:00 pm, 75% of the restaurants ran out of food already. I was so sad.
Of the restaurants that I ate at, I felt the Pizzitola had the best Brisket.
And Gatlin's had the best Ribs.
But I my opinion is very limited, because I was not able to try 75% of the restaurants.
Are you interested in eating at some of the BBQ restaurants in Houston together?

I unfortunately didn't too many pork ribs. 😔 I liked the one with coleslaw on white bread with pulled pork and on the outside the taco with the seaweed salad was delish and also. That moist brisket at the beginning of the video
