a good place for pho is phonomenal in lumberton. Boyfriend and I always make the trip out there. edit: people who think we don't have good eats in this area probably just don't get out much! we have SO many great places to eat!

What makes the Amish Donut different from other donuts? I saw they had a long line at the State Fair.

Most of the girls in the serving line have a bad attitude. The brisket wasn't the best or the worst. The coleslaw has corn & black beans in it, which was unique but I hated the seasoning. The potato salad was good. The green beans with pork belly where mushy canned green beans. The homemade bread was good but undercooked. The barbecue sauce it's more like spaghetti sauce. The homemade pickles and pickled onions were delicious. Way overpriced. A pound of brisket is $30. Pint of the sides is $5. Only gave two slices of bread for a whole pound of brisket. And a tiny condiment cup of sauce. I won't Go back.

I have been there and it sucks.

Luckily, you came early. You were able to try a lot of different foods. Which ones were some of your favorites? I got there at 1:30 am, and ate at some of the restaurants inside first. I got full fast, so I had to be more picky with which restaurants I ate at. By the time that I got outside at 3:00 pm, 75% of the restaurants ran out of food already. I was so sad. Of the restaurants that I ate at, I felt the Pizzitola had the best Brisket. And Gatlin's had the best Ribs. But I my opinion is very limited, because I was not able to try 75% of the restaurants. Are you interested in eating at some of the BBQ restaurants in Houston together?

We went straight to Rudy’s Kabobs and Amish Donuts! My kid tried the Habañero Got the Oasis cucumber and horchata waters. Really wanted a pretzel and elephant ear but even after walking a ton we couldn’t eat anymore. Thanks for the video!

I like going to Seafood City Houston because I love Filipino food but I noticed something that is unsanitary. I hope they train their staff to NOT use one tong for both raw and grilled meat.

Thank you for sharing. I didn't even know Beaumont had a state fair. I'm going to try to check this out. I looked on the website to see if it was pet friendly but didn't see anything. Did you notice if anyone brought pets? Also, did the birria place by chance have ramen? Crackling, donut burgers...these are all my guilty pleasures.

Nobody in the USA should be crying about inflation. When you are out spending money for concerts, at casinos, fast food, OF, miscellaneous events like this. Bunch of hypocrites saying they cannot afford to live when they are out spending hundreds and thousands on unnecessary items and food.
